I've been there once. My adult son who is 25 went once or twice. Essentially, the woman who cleaned my teeth could barely speak English. I left not knowing what shape my teeth were in. She never read the numbers out, she kept talking to herself and I couldn't tell if she said I had too much plaque or very little. The cleaning wasn't very thorough nor did it take long so I was left wondering if she did a bad job or if my teeth were already so clean they didn't need much. The communication barrier was crazy. She spoke english but so broken with such a heavy accent I could not understand her. On top of that, my son had a 19 dollar bill after the fact. They billed me for it in my name. I called them to correct it and they told me because he is 25 and not 26 and is on the same dental insurance that I am responsible for his bills and refused to separate the accounts until after he turns 26. Which I believe might be illegal. My son is an able bodied adult who works and has his own vehicle. So I paid the bill and found my old dentist who had opened his own practice. He's 45 minutes away now but so worth the drive. At my cleaning there, I found out I did in fact have mostly 3's and one 4 on my teeth which is going in the opposite direction of what they were at 1's and 2's at the cleaning I had before Dental Care. So now I know I need to put in extra maintenance, get some mouthwash and floss more which I did mot learn from Dental Care and I lost six months from not knowing. I thought I was doing well, brushing enough and flossing enough. Which I do after every meal. The only reason this place got two stars was because of location and cleanliness of the office. read more

DECREASED HEALTH FROM ANXIETY Normally I'm not one to leave reviews and am only doing so now because of the stress this office has placed on my family. I've listed our grievances for quick overview: 1. EXTRA UNECCESSARY WORK done; some of which did not transfer to the next dentist, and I was charged for. Explained more in point 5. 2. UNABLE TO FIGURE INSURANCE in the beginning and claimed they needed the full extraordinarily high payment from me and would reimburse me for overpayment later. 3. UNWILLING TO DO PAYMENT PLAN. After insurance settled with them, they would not set up a payment plan with me so that I would not miss a payment. 4. SENT TO COLLECTIONS WITHOUT WARNING. I started paying them monthly and missed one payment and they sent me to collections without warning (last paid in May, missed June payment, in collections by July). Now I owe +$500 for the collections fee! 5. $TRUNG ME ALONG for what seemed like a cash grab. While in the office they offered more than I needed. They told me the Dr. highly recommended extra cleaning and other things that insurance would not cover. Highly suggestive language made me think it must be done, when as a trusting new patient who was in pain, I agreed to. They sent me to an endodontist (who required more x-rays, see point 1) and then told me to come back to them for post op work which the endodontist was capable of and did. My new dentist has never made such suggestions, which in hindsight made me realize that these dentists were gouging me and padding their services to get more money. Their response to these allegations from others has been, "Professional excellence is important to us, which means our patients' needs are always our first priority". Excellence should be more than the oral needs of your patients. Consider your patients' whole well-being by not charging too much and offering services that may not be absolutely needed. Going to the dentist is stressful enough, but this office has added more anxiety to our lives, and honestly I am still feeling pain when I floss between the teeth they worked on. 6. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANOTHER DENTIST. Do your research and trust reviews such as this one before choosing a dentist. We now have an extra $500 tacked on to what we owe, when I was making payments (missed one). Their policy seems to be, get as much money from the patient as they can and settle with insurance later. From the very first meeting at the front desk, they ask for payment in full, before any services had been administered. No other fields require payment before you get what you need! At restaurants I pay after my meal. Contractors working on my house charge me after the work is done. When I do work for someone, I don't require full payment before I do the work. The medical field is the only field that does this. Trust the professionals that are considerate of your whole well-being not only what they are professing. read more

Dr. Morgan and her staff were absolutely wonderful and professional which eased my anxiety once entering the practice. However, once I learned that shots were gonna be involved the anxiety quickly returned. The procedure was no where near my high anxiety from shot to finish. WORST patient care and medical customer service experience I've ever had! Bear with me as this is important to read. I had an appointment for TMJ issues which is a very frustrating thing to have. They did a 2D panoramic xray and since it's not 3D, the dentist told me they cannot see the joint. Then they suggested a mouth guard as a first attempt for treatment before seeking a TMJ specialist/surgeon for a 3D X-ray. They told me it would be an easy scan of my teeth and I'd have the guard in about 2 weeks. An "easy scan" turned into the most uncomfortable thing ever. The machine wasn't working and I had to keep my mouth wide open. My jaw was trembling because it's not lining up correctly and I was sore for 2 days because they couldn't get it right. Why would you make someone with TMJ keep their mouth wide open for 30 minutes plus? All of that for them to delete all the images and end up doing the old school mold to send off, requiring more mouth opening. I was there over an hour and half! I sent a follow up email about the experience and my unhappiness. I received a call 2 days later from an office staff saying they would accept the payment my insurance provides and charge me nothing due to my experience. They also offered me to come back in to get the mold redone because the hygienist who did mine initially was moving my mouth around. They told me this would be at no additional cost. Then they also gave me the news the initial mold wasn't going to be here on time and was now taking 4 weeks instead of 2 and that the molds typically take at least 3 weeks and I shouldn't have been scheduled for 2 weeks out. I asked them to email me all of this in writing before I would go in at 8 AM the next day. They never sent me the email, so I did not go to the appointment. They texted me shortly after 8 asking if I was coming and I replied explaining why I did not go and I got no response. I then sent an email following up about it and requesting a refund for my pre-payment of the guard as they told me I would not be charged for it. I hadn't received a response, so 2 days later I ask if the email is going to be addressed. I received a response from Heather, who suddenly is able to provide a detailed email and rather quick response. She told me I'm clearly unhappy and sent me all of my documents. I replied on the same day (11/9, seven days ago) and asked if they would be informing me when the mouth guard arrives. I never heard back to this day. So now I am still having TMJ issues with no resolution and no mouth guard in sight after all of the discomfort and delays they put me through. read more

I have now been back for two separate visits to get my work completed. The staff remains super friendly and I was impressed on both visits with how quickly the work was completed. Scheduling is simple and reminder texts and emails are sent with plenty of advanced notice. I'm giving a five star review but do want to add, I think communication about procedures could be clearer. For example, I went in December for some fillings but I had no idea where the fillings would be located. Not the end of the world, for sure, but nice information to have. Today, I went in for a crown. I've only had one other crown and it was done same day, no temporary crown. Today, I found out my crown was temporary and I would have to come back in 3-4 weeks to get the permanent one. Again, not the end of the world but would have been nice to know in advance. I like that they are less than 5 minutes from home and my team today was the same as it was on my previous visit. It really helps with anxiety. read more

This is indeed a corporate money machine. New to this state, I made an appointment looking only at the reviews on their site which were 4.7 stars. I went in for a checkup, x-rays and a cleaning. They took two panoramic x-rays plus 18 additional x-rays, more then I've ever had at any dentist, and I've been going to dentists like clockwork every 6 months for decades. They then did some sort of probe with a light, and then a periodontal probe. They claimed I have periodontal issues and they "legally" can't provide a regular cleaning, it must be a periodontal scaling and root planing, which is 2 separate visits every 3 months. I went home, educated myself, reached out to my new neighbors and made another appointment with a recommended dentist. As someone else wrote...don't walk, run. read more

This is a money making machine. Staff is nice and, I assume, competent but costs are outrageous. A "deep cleaning" on 4 teeth cost 4x as much as a full general cleaning and took 1/4th the time. They also wanted $48 PER tooth for a topical antibiotic application. Lure you in with a through, inexpensive initial exam then pile on the charges. Do not recommend! read more

I took my dad here because he lives close by. I could've gone somewhere and paid half as much but it was convenient. He had his tooth pulled and all seemed fine until it was time to get his prescription. Something was called the in wrong (according to the pharmacy). So they left a message and just needed to be called back. This didn't happen that Thursday or Friday, they're closed over the weekend. Monday I had to bring him back to the Dentist because he's still in pain. I went to the pharmacy later to pick up the medicine and it still wasn't there!!! It's Wednesday now and they promised tomorrow morning...I won't hold my breath. I'll just do the extraction myself next time, I'm pretty much a pro now with all the teeth pulling I've been doing to get a prescription filled. read more

Unfortunately I spent about 2 hrs there and left without the cleaning I specifically ask and went for. I was a new patient and went through my yearly xray's and exam. I know my dental health inside and out although not perfect I understand what's my issues are. I made it clear that I all I wanted is a cleaning and nothing more than my insurance would cover. Well, one of the gals from up front comes back with a laundry list of dental work in the thousands of dollars, they even tried to charge me for a cancer screening I didn't ask for. I felt like I was at a used car dealership and the closer came in to put the hammer on you. Oh we have financing etc, what a joke. Needless to say I said no, then I was told the couldn't do the cleaning because it was considered a different procedure and my insurance would not cover it. Beware, what a bait and switch, they get you in there and try to sell treatment you don't want. Now I have to start over and find an honest dentist office! Run don't walk away from these scammers! read more
