Even though visits are usually twice a year she always asks about how things are going in school and remembers particular things about her patients. She is good at what she does and actually handles typical things like brushing. Other dentist may have a hygienist to do the basics. She is very nice and will be straight forward with the child and parent when she sees a problem. The only negative is that more serious problems like braces, root canals, must be referred to another dentist. (I think that may be typical but I just wish she could do everything).

What keeps me going there is they know me as a friend and not just a patient. I've never seen them outside of the office but whenever I go there, I can't help but to notice that they have that kind of relationship with pretty much all their patients... Dr. Lorch is a great guy. He has a very approachable, laidback, and down to earth personality. He doesn't lecture you and make you feel like a little kid that's in trouble if you have a problem. And most important, he understands... He and the two secretaries, Donna and Susan will work with you, whether you don't have insurance and need a payment plan or if you have some kind of emergency. Some times they can get booked, but in most cases I've noticed they were very good at finding an opening for me, even if they had to contact me a little bit later. One of my favorite things is their goody bags are the best that I've seen. Good quality name brand toothbrush, mini toothpaste, and floss. And lastly, my mom lives about an hour away from the office and my brother lives 40 minutes away, but they both agree that when it comes to oral health, there is no one better than Dr. Lorch and his team.
