I'm required to be there and check in on time, but it is rare, if it has ever happened, that they pull up their end of the bargain. Explain today that the children's grandmother's viewing was today, ask how close they could be to his actual appointment time, and the receptionist said it is probably better that we just reschedule stating that they're far behind, per usual. This tells me they don't really care about their clients and are just in it for the volume/money.

During a procedure, the dentist inadvertently damaged my front bridge--an expensive restoration that had been carefully placed by my previous provider in Seattle. While I understand that accidents can happen, what deeply concerned me was the way the situation was handled. Rather than acknowledging the damage or offering an apology, the dentist allowed me to leave the office without telling me it was damaged; I had to discover it at home. When I later addressed the issue, I was offered a minimal "repair". Unfortunately, the "repair" left the bridge with a very noticeable permanent defect.
