I broke my top dentures and called up Justin dental and braces to see if they can help me fix them, I made an appointment not knowing that when I got there they charged me $55 just to see the doctor she looked at my denture plate and told me yes we can fix that temporarily for over $400 so you can see how upset I was that they charged me $55 to tell me that they were going to cost me $400 to fix them and I was in an embarrassing situation not having my front teeth. There was no compassion for the situation that I was in I will never ever go back to them or recommend them to anyone I did find another dentist which happily fixed my dentures for free and now I'm going to order uppers and lowers through them that's the people I give my business to shame on you Justin dental and braces. read more

We've been looking for a conservative dental practice since we moved to the area about 6 years ago. After trying who-knows-how-many dentists we finally found Justin Dental and Braces! Dr. Amee and Dr. Andy were both very kind and the office staff was very helpful and understanding. They both made my 9 year old daughter very comfortable and answered all of her questions. Even when my daughter was watching them do my cleaning and kept asking questions, Dr. Amee took the time to explain what was happening. Dr. Andy conducted the ortho consult and gave us very ethical and honest feedback. He recommends the same treatment that he would provide for his own kids. I can tell you to start with that I don't like the dentist. But Dr. Aimee helped me to relax and not feel so uptight. I came from another dentist where I have a permanent injury due to nerve damage and it was hard to trust another dentist. The doctors here came highly recommended so it made me feel comfortable to start over here with a new dentist. The ladies at the front desk or so very friendly and helpful. I've also heard they are very sweet and gentle to work with children. You must try this dentist if you need someone new in the Justin, Texas area. read more

My husband just returned from his cleaning appointment. $400.00 for X-rays and a cleaning on Only Half of his mouth. They told him he he needed a deep cleaning instead of just cleaning his teeth. He just spent $300.00 a week ago to have his bridge re-clued on. I believe this a bait and switch for the dentist. We are seniors without insurance so we have to pay cash. We will not return. But would like the X-rays that he paid for. read more

Dr. Aimee, her husband, and their entire team are wonderful! I most highly recommend them! They are very skilled, care a ton, don't tell that you need something you don't, and keep you happy while they are working on your teeth! Doesn't like retired military Tricare. Completely negative and unresponsive to inquires about coverage. This is often a business strategy to push away certain groups of Americans be they military or elderly. I've seen the same with doctors and dentists on Medicare. Some are honest about it, others use this type of tactic to make it very difficult for a person on Tricare or Medicare to obtain medical or dental assistance. Never met the dentist, just talked to the desk today. read more

I will start by saying that I am terrified of dentists! Always have been! I've been to many dentists in my 55 years of life and had lots of fillings and crowns etc. I never stayed with one dentist for various reasons. Usually it was because I felt judged or ridiculed. Sometimes they caused too much pain during a procedure. Once was because they never checked my BP after I told them I have high BP. Anyway, I had an extremely loose tooth and wasn't able to eat anything but soup and finally decided to hunt for another dentist. I searched many and read the reviews for a few weeks. Finally I ran across Justin Dental and Braces. I was so scared! Before the procedure (to pull that dang tooth) she took my BP and of course it was high. Without any scolding in her voice Dr. Amee talked to me. Piano began playing in the background, she got me a bottle of water and she stayed with me. That blew my mind! I've been sent out to the lobby to get it under control or simply left in a room by myself to calm down but Dr. Amee sat with me and talked to me. It came down and she pulled the tooth. No pain, no embarrassment. She is so gentle. We're working on what to do with the rest of my teeth and although I admit it still makes me nervous, I know I've found my new family dentist. Well thanks for nothing. Got an X-ray and 3 molars that are extremely bad are hitting nerves causing excruciating pain. They told the specialist won't be in for 2 weeks and that they know I'm in pain but I can get medicine when he does procedure in 2 weeks. Well I decide to try and tough it out with multiple trips to er this week and I call dentist today to ask if they can help with pain. Well they refer me to a specialist somewhere else. After a week of waiting they wanna dump me off on someone else cause I'm in pain. They obviously don't care about patients. It's all about the money here. Does anyone truly care about patients anymore??? read more
