WHEN my WISDOM TOOTH got out of the WISDOM BUSINESS and into the PAIN business! One day I had a probem, literally a "pain in the neck." The next day my neck pain had moved to my jaw. "OK" "STRANGE" then my jaw pain moved to right under my wisdom tooth. OUCH!!! I decided, If the pain didn't go away by end of my work day, I was going to reach out to my dentist. The PAIN did NOT even wait until end of work day, but instead by lunch time the pain was excruciating. Uh Oh...My dentist is out of state so I decided I better get an in-state dental appointment AND QUICK! So I sent an SOS, can U HELP Me, communication to the Dental Office of Dr. Robert (Dad) and Dr. Aryn (Daughter) Jackson. They took my concern seriously and got me in with an appointment that fit my schedule ASAP. Being able to get a quick appointment allowed me to breathe a sigh of relief. EXHALE.... At my office visit I was not rushed or made to feel sQuEEZed in. I received excellent care, and assistance with my wisdom tooth issue. Dr. Jackson is knowledgeable and so entertaining. Great friendly staff, honest and transparent about my options, and worked with me when it came to insurance, even gave me a referral to get the procedure done free somewhere else, rather than just NOT TELLING ME, and allowing me to pay them. Dr. Jackson and everyone in the office was so kind! My dental hygienist worked so quickly and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. X-rays were as fast and painless as possible! Dr. Jackson got me set up with a treatment plan and referrals that aren't crazy but also will take care of my concerns and needs. I didn't feel like he was trying to pressure me into anything unreasonable or that I did not need, all of his recommendations came from a medical opinion. Everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming, I truly felt comfortable the whole time I was there. Paperwork was online ahead of time which is awesome! Jackson Dental delivers at every level - from the high level of care, to the dedicated staff, with unmatched quality of workmanship. I've told Dr. Jackson that it seems to me that dentistry is both science and art, and I've observed over the years how he is consistently refining his craft. Speaking of family, Susan (Dr. Jackson's wife) runs the business with high attention to detail. I feel that many of the intangibles that make them so successful flow from her. Recently, their daughter, Dr. Aryn Jackson, joined the practice and she is gifted in the science/art of dentistry just like her father. Last and certainly not least, having been a small business owner myself I know that the employees (not just the leadership) are what ultimately make businesses of all types successful. Kendal is a great example - she goes out of her way to make you feel that you are literally part of the Jackson family. Dr. Jackson is the best dentist I've ever had; and I've had a lot. I was in a lot of pain and needed an Oral Surgeon. So Dr. Jackson referred me to an Oral Surgeon. When I couldn't get in for weeks, he called the surgeon personally to get me in sooner. And then when I met with the surgeon several days later, he told me that he had just gotten off the phone with Dr. Jackson about my case. I could go on and on about the personal care Dr. Jackson and his staff give. His practice doesn't even take my insurance but I don't care. Holy moly y'all! I just left from my first appointment. I did not have any dental work done yet so will update later with that experience. However, I have to comment on the professionalism of everyone I encountered in the office today. I don't personally enjoy the dentists office but Rachel, Suzanne, Kendall, Brittany, and Dr. Jackson all played their own role in making sure my questions were answered, my concerns were addressed, and I was comfortable the entire time. I don't think I have ever had a better experience in any doctor's office than before today. I have neglected my teeth for about 2 1/2 years and I honestly feel everyone I met today went out of their way to make me feel like I wasn't being judged. At least for me, I thought they genuinely cared about my dental health the way they would for their own family or friends. Thank y'all! read more

Had a new patient visit here for a cleaning, exam, and X-rays. Amazing staff. Very friendly and professional. First impressions are everything. Once I walked in and was greeted by Susan at the front desk, I knew I had made the right decision. Dr. Jackson was not trying to up sell anything or force unnecessary treatments. He was very conservative and minimalistic. Hygienist, Diamond was also amazing. I can't recommend this office and Dr. Jackson enough. Everyone is very friendly, the office is always extremely clean, I never wait long to go back for my appointment, the hygienist I see (Diamond) is thorough and quick with her cleanings and nice to speak with and Dr. Jackson is honest and doesn't try to schedule you for unnecessary work (which other dentists I've seen have done before). Dr Jackson and his staff are always so helpful and nice. My son and I have been going to see Dr Jackson since he was 4. (He is now 10) They do a great job helping my son learn to take care of his teeth and they always there to explain what needs to be done and give you options.
