We went there for a consultation and fell in love with all of the staff. I swear, you just get that warm, comforting feeling of being at home when you're in their office. While we positively adore their entire team, I have to say that Miss Jeanna and Miss Shelby are the sweetest rays of sunshine and somehow manage to make a dentist visit something my daughter and I both looked forward to. They are quite possibly the most delightful group of ladies you'll ever meet. It's amazing to see how they each take a sincere interest in each of their patients lives. My daughter just got off her first set braces. (We also needed a pallet expander.) Somehow they got her a flawless smile in a shorter time than we ever expected! Her teeth are absolutely beautiful and she is beaming with pride. These guys did a phenomenal job with her pearly whites!! We LOVE Robinson Orthodontics and will be back for our next round for our daughter and our little boy when his time comes. There is most certainly no one better!! Dr. Amin called me the next morning to make sure I was doing alright. I thought that was thoughtful. But being thoughtful is one thing. Being amazing at your craft is another. My new teeth look perfect - the size, the color.... everything is fantastic. I have no complaints. Even Mary at the front desk is super helpful with appointments and scheduling. Was told that they took it and I would only have to pay $50 deposit which would be deducted from my co-pay or refunded if no copay. In same phone call, I informed them I only needed a cleaning and nothing else since I had just had all x-rays done 6 months before at previous dentist and would have records sent to them. So i paid the deposit, had my old dentist forward my records, and spent over an hour completing all the on-line forms for their office. When I showed up to appointment, they presented me with this HUGE bill to pay before they do anything. When I reminded them about the insurance verification and filing, I was told they did not know how much would be refunded to me by insurance so I would have to pay and then wait to see. Since I felt lied to, I cancelled the appointment for which they charged me $150!

I'm required to be there and check in on time, but it is rare, if it has ever happened, that they pull up their end of the bargain. Explain today that the children's grandmother's viewing was today, ask how close they could be to his actual appointment time, and the receptionist said it is probably better that we just reschedule stating that they're far behind, per usual. This tells me they don't really care about their clients and are just in it for the volume/money.

I was very nervous about the entire process, but especially since I haven't been in so long. I worried I would be made to feel terrible about neglecting my teeth. Instead, everyone was extremely nice to me. No one made me feel bad about how long it's been and everyone went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and knew what was going on. It wasn't the traumatic experience I had as a kid at all. I had to get a deep cleaning done over two appointments and my hygienist and her assistant were top notch. Again, didn't make me feel embarrassed about the state of my teeth or how long it has been. I didn't have any cavities and everything went really well! I got to speak to or otherwise interact with 3 of the dentists there and really liked 2 of them. I didn't dislike the 3rd, he just felt a little less experienced. Pricing was good here as well.
