I am so glad that I chose Dr. McFarland for my daughter's orthodontist. The office staff is wonderful, always very polite and helpful when calling in with an issue, whether it was billing, appt, or something with the braces. My daughter had a expander for a year and then a few years later got braces. During the 18 months of treatment we have had zero problems or issues. While we haven't seen Dr. McFarland on every visit when we do see him he takes the time with us, answers questions and gives great explanations. Going to the McFarland Orthodontist has been a very pleasant experience overall. I have been going to this orthodontist for two years now. I got my braces when I was 12. I am currently 14 years old now. I am very happy to say that McFarland Orthodontist made me very confident in my smile. They made sure I knew what was going on. They would give me instructions on what to look out for and what to do. They encouraged me to take the best care of my braces that I could. They are the absolute best! I have had many dental obstacles and they have guided me towards a beautiful smile. We love McFarland Orthodontics! We are on our third child in braces using them and have been very happy with them. Dr McFarland and his whole staff are so friendly, professional and helpful. Never have we had to wait for an appointment which is important to us as we are usually running to or from work/school/activities. McFarland orthodontics is a place of excellence! Excellent staff, excellent service and inviting decor. My children's teeth and bite have been corrected beautifully and due to types of material used the appointments have been every 2 months rather than monthly which is advantageous with school schedules. My daughter has been seeing McFarland since she was in Kindergarten, and it's been an amazing experience since the start. At the first visit, they throughly explained her treatment plan and cost. The faculty and staff there are always cheerful and kind, My Brother and I have been going there for about 5 or so years and they haven't messed up once, The orthodontist himself is very gentle and has great advice, If you break something at no cost bring your self at home as Everyone feels like family. I have gone to Dr. McFarlands office since I was in middle school, I am now a junior in college. They have the sweetest most amazing front desk that is always so helpful on the phone and after checkout.
