Then suddenly Renee informs me I'm out of network. Couldn't have told me this before? Especially considering I've been loyal to this office for 10 years?! I called to question it and they said they might've charged me for my DADS exam or something. I haven't been under his insurance in years. It has been a few months since my initial review and while I was hoping to update the review with…read moremore positive feedback, unfortunately, it has gotten worse and whole situation is a "mess" at best. After posting the first review, I was contacted and they committed to making everything right. That was great, but short-lived. Within the past two months, the staff at this location has totally turned over (doesn't say much for the company overall) and replaced by a staff, headed by Nathan, who will NOT stand behind their product nor the promises made to my mother by the former staff to make sure she has a pair of dentures that fit her mouth correctly and are fully functional. Nathan accused my mother of dropping her dentures because they developed a crack. They still don't fit. They forced her to pay $95 above what she has already paid for what they call a "temporary" solution. If she wants a long term solution for the fit issue, she will have to pay an additional $125. This is nothing but greed and abuse of an elderly patient who can barely make ends meet as it is. On top of that, she can't eat properly, she's discouraged and gives-up which only contributes to her BP problems and other health issues. When confronted about working with my Mother to ensure she is satisfied, they refused any further work and that's on the top teeth. The bottom are worse and they said they will do nothing on the bottom. The teeth are crap. They don't work. Their blaming her for the issues. They have been issued a notice of legal action if they don't take the steps to make things right and stick with her until it is done. In addition, a social campaign is being mounted against them and their corporate company for their business practices and taking advantage of the elderly. They will be held accountable. Another clinic did a core build up, put a crown and saved my tooth for at least 20 more years. Extracting a tooth is the worst decision in your life and it should not be extracted if it has healthy roots. Never let these money motivated doctors take your money and ruin your mouth. We talked about my results. Edward came in and ensured me that if there was a way to get me taken care his staff could do it. This being said calls were made to insurance, we talked options. I had my extractions a week before Christmas2023. Was it a great experience? Considering everything it was not that bad. I was told what to expect with detailed instructions. Now it is May2024. I have been in for adjustments. Edward was correct there are many changes during the recovery time. I called on Monday and they had a chance to get me in on Tuesday morning. My alignment has changed so much. Edward took care of me and knew what needed to be done. They did a hard realign that day. I went in and they took care of the sensitive spots. I am one that will not complain, but I did my part in showing them where I felt it, and they fixed it. I am very fortunate to find a great practice that is doing their craft with compassion and understanding.
