I came across this place online, and they had us come in ASAP, within 30 minutes of my call! 100 stars!! : ) From the woman on the phone, to the business owner, hygienist, receptionist, and DDS herself (Dr. Elmira Abraamyan DDS), the entire staff were AMAZING. They let me stay beside, addressed my annoying nurse questions, and made space to let me hold my love's hand. They created a very relaxing (crazy right?!) and comfortable vibe, and experience in general. They were all knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They even worked with us on pricing, which was exceedingly reasonable, especially considering that the staff came in (on call), on their day off, so quickly to address his urgent issue. We can't say enough positive affirmations about this spectacular group of professionals! If you ever have the misfortune of experiencing a painful dental emergency look no further. Kinda funny how this happened on Friday the 13th! I mean it! To shop around would be a ludicrous waste of your time. I found them through Opencare. At the start of my appointment, I informed the dental assistant that I was declining X-rays and explained that I had no current dental pain or symptoms. I also noted that X-rays had been taken at my previous dentist's office. The assistant said she needed to check with the dentist to see if he would be able to see me without taking xrays for a dental cleaning and proceeded to take multiple photographs of my teeth using their intraoral camera. Dr. Alan then approached me and questioned my decision to decline X-rays. After I explained my medical history and reasoning, he chuckled and stated that without new X-rays he would be "treating me in the dark," and refused to provide even a basic cleaning or polishing unless I consented. I was told I could reschedule when I was "ready" to take X-rays. The dismissive laugh that accompanied Dr. Alan's comment suggested that even he recognized how preposterous his own justification sounded. As an adult, making an informed decision about my own body, being coerced into a procedure I declined is unacceptable in this day and age. The office staff were otherwise friendly and professional. If this practice has a non-negotiable policy requiring X-rays before any cleaning, that policy should be clearly disclosed before appointments are scheduled. I left without receiving any care and will not be returning.

This was confusing, as I had just provided my information for verification through the same number listed on your website. I asked why your customer service team was not aware of the insurance plans you accept, and she responded that she did not know if there was an overseas customer service team. This raised concerns for me, especially since I had already shared my personal information. I then requested to speak with a manager or supervisor. I was initially told no one was available, and when I asked if someone could call me back, I was questioned about why I would need a call back. Eventually, I was transferred to a supervisor (I believe her name was Jessica), who denied that the number I called was associated with their office, even though it is clearly listed on your website. Overall, both office representatives I spoke with were unprofessional in their communication. They decided to not take my Medicare dental insurance, right in the middle of my treatment where I had Deep cleaning root planeing, then regular cleanings every 4 months. I decided to find a new dentist. I started with the new dentist and requested my files and x-rays to be sent to new dentist, twice by email. I filled out their release of info forms, twice. I had an appointment last week with the new dentist and they said they have never received my records. I was at the dentist for an appointment and they could not do the regular 4 month cleaning because there was no proof of when I had the last deep cleaning done. They called my Insurance and the insurance only had a date of 2022 being my last deep cleaning. I then called Redford dental to ask them about my records. They could not even find anything on me at all. It was very frustrating. I could not quite remember when I had the last deep cleaning but I knew it was within the last year. I proceeded to go thru with the appointment, since I was there already. They did 1/2 of my mouth deep cleaning, which cost over $300. When I got home I went thru my files and found the receipt from Redford dental from 10/2025. I discovered that they charged my credit card A total of $60 more than what they quoted me. They never turned it into my Insurance. I emailed the owner a letter, along with the receipts and a long explanation. I just wanted the owner to know what had transpired, maybe he would look into this. All I wanted was to be acknowledged with a reply. I have waited 5 days and no reply from Redford dental. This is no way to run a business, they have no regard for their patients, or former patient. Their services were fine but my new dentist is way better, and also a little less expensive and closer to my house. So I guess I win after all.

So I ended up having a black filling and a drop of black dot on my tooth. That wan't all, after 3 month or less the filling began breaking to pieces. The worst of worsts dentist.
