I believe them because it happened to me as well. I use to have a v shape face as do my family, now my face is so round and it's so ugly in photos. Everyone remembers your name and follows up with any questions or concerns that you may have. They also text and call you the day before your appointment! After my initial consultation, Evangelia gave me 3 options for ortho corrections: metal, ceramic, and Invisalign. Then I got 2 different types of payment options: payment in full and office financing with 0% interest. There are some discount incentives if you pay in full. I ended up going with Invisalign and the 0% office financing. To make things even better, I had a bunch of questions about my dental insurance that I didn't fully understand. Evangelia sorted out all the details so I was able to get an accurate quote. Fast forward 15-16 months, I am in the process of deciding when I should cancel my dental insurance and I was able to get assistance running the math! As for my teeth, they look amazing. Originally every orthodontist was telling me that I needed to undergo surgery to shave out the ends of some of my teeth but Dr. Lee said I didn't need to it. I also had a bunch of questions that Dr. Lee was able to square away for me throughout the 15-16 months. And any questions that I randomly had throughout the process was readily answered with a quick phone or email. Last note but they also do an amazing job with all the COVID precautions! They have different options for braces, the normal metal ones and the somewhat clear ones(these are recommended if you're self-conscious of the normal metal ones, and just want people to not really look-look at your braces). If you lose some parts of your braces, you have to pay a fee to get new ones, so just follow their advice of not eating hard or sticky foods, and no gum either. They're located in the same building as Arcadia Mall. They also have a location in Chinatown, Manhattan. They give you this appointments/payment card thing when you become a patient here. Do come early for your appointments, then you don't have to wait so long. Dr. Yon Lai has assistants. Most of the time, the assistants are the ones helping fix your braces and cleaning them. Though, I wouldn't recommend having the assistants fixing your braces. It feels to me that they don't have much experience at all. Don't expect to understand any of the terminology they use. After you take off your braces, they give you retainers. You have to pay for the retainers too.

She always calls to remind me my appointment is coming up a few days in advance. They will occasionally give you toothpaste samples, or calendar during new year. Overall, really pleasant experience with them, I highly recommend this place!
