My feeling is he wants to maximize the number of crowns and similar replacements to help with the ROI on all the equipment he has. When I first started here, there were at least 7 to 10 people in this office. Today, 2-3. I do not recommend this office.

When they got in there, she said it was full of infection. So, I have had an infected tooth/root whatever for at least a year, and had I gone back to this place again I still don't think they would have addressed it. My kids had their last examination there two weeks ago and we will not return. Thanks for the now $500+ expense due to carelessness and not listening to your patient. THREE MONTHS after the procedure and something should have been done. At a minumum, recognized the filling was too entirely big. I really appreciate this extra expense.

I asked the man who cleaned my teeth not to use the ultrasonic tool. I have had BAD experiences with that in the past. He agreed to use the usual tools...but used EXCESSIVE force. I really felt like he was trying to crack a tooth for $. Then Dr Ami came in. Did not even check my teeth. At all. She LOOKED at them and decided I needed immediate Invisalign. I have beautiful teeth and have been told so by every dentist. Then they are sending these spammy texts for payment...no bill. I paid it. Shouldn't have. When I got the statement from my insurance company...they had charged me for a fluoride treatment I never received. Never have had one. When I called, they insisted that I received it. I don't even use fluoride toothpaste! They were going to check with the hygienist and call back. Nope. Left message. Nothing. Now I have a filling that is failing a month later. Had the dentist even slightly looked in my mouth she would have figured it out. Run away!!!
