We have always had such attentiveness. Not today. I called to make a cleaning appt in May for one of my college age kids, which I understand May is booked. But the girl didn't offer to put us on a cancellation list or anything... she just sat there and said "sorry". So I said, it seems like the office is too busy for us "we are busy". I would've had more conversation and solutions with Alexa or Siri. I hope y'all find a solution to this issue before more families of 5 leave. Such a disappointing shame.

I contacted my insurance, and we were in-network, and they said that those fees should have been covered. La Toya said it was their policy to charge for these fees upfront and that they don't bill insurance for those fees. Overall, I have never experienced that at any other dental office, and she was extremely rude and had an attitude. If felt like she took this personally and was very unprofessional. I never knew staff could argue with customers. Hopefully management sees this and teaches her how to have better customer service and stop getting defensive when talking to customers.

Despite not receiving the service I came in for, they still plan to charge my insurance and casually told me I could "reschedule."
