LOVE THEM!!! I highly recommend Dr. Smith as well as his staff!! I was skeptical going into the office in my early twenties to fix my teeth. I was newly on my own and the staff there was incredible. They were extremely knowledgeable about insurance, payments and any other questions I had. They helped me out and reassured me throughout the entire process. From my consultation throughout my treatment they have been astounding. Dr. Smith knows what he is doing and makes me very comfortable and I trust him completely with my teeth. The staff there makes you feel comfortable and at ease. They are flexible with my work schedule and are extremely understanding of time constraints. I look forward to my appointments monthly and am excited to see everyone in the office. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and recommend them to anyone who will listen. I highly recommend Smith Smile Orthodontics! Dr Smith and all of his staff are amazing. When you walk in they greet you with your name and know who you are. They all seem like a family and treat you the same way. One Friday evening I pulled one of my wires out eating something I wasn't suppose to. So, I called Dr. Smith on his cell phone. Yes he gives his cell phone number out in case we need him. He answered and I told him that I had pulled the wire out it was a Friday night about 8 o'clock he said he was sitting at a baseball game with his family and once he left the baseball game he would head up to the office to fix my wire and it would be around midnight. I told him no go enjoy your evening with your family. So, the next morning he came to the office and fixed it for me. I now have my braces off and I think my teeth look wonderful. read more

Love this practice. I did a lot of searching and hunting for the best deal AND the best orthodontist in the area. The staff is very friendly and informative. I don't mind taking my daughter in for her visits. Dr. Smith is very personable with the parents, and great with kids as well. An added bonus is that they always seem to run on time, so no waiting an hour after your scheduled time, which is great since the kids are missing valuable school time. Also, I have received a follow up phone call twice now from Dr. Smith in the evening just to check up on my daughter and make sure she was feeling well and I didn't have any further questions. Another great plus is they make your orthodontics affordable as well, and will work with you on the financing. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend! read more

Dr. Smith's office is the best orthodontic office all around. Best prices, best doctor, best office administrators, best assistants, and beautifully maintained offices. They are professional and courteous. Dr. Smith took time out on his busy Saturday morning off to come into the office fix a broken wire for my son. We were quite pleased with our first son's results and the second son's smile is looking to be just as great as the first. We hope to have the third son in soon.
