When I first started, I had avoided dentists for about 10 years. I had a lot to catch up on due to that and my bad Irish teeth genes. (you can't run from a bad cap). She is an artist and a perfectionist when it comes to her work while being very conscientious of patient comfort. She also has a great sense of humor. Her office is full of very nice staff, and she runs a tight ship. Appointments are prompt, the waiting room has a computer with internet and a plethora of magazines including a few for the guys, the facilities are state-of-the-art technology and operating-room clean, and well laid out. This may be a bizarre thing to say, I actually look forward to my appointments because Dr. Zamora and her entire staff are so nice, the setting is relaxing, and it's usually a break from a hectic work day. A fillings replacement that should've been 40 minutes was only 10 because the dentist was in such a rush to finish. Dr. Nancy Bui never provided my mother a written treatment/service plan and/or any kind of estimate of costs for proposed treatment/service prior to March 28, 2024. Two (2) days later, on March 30, 2024, Dr. Nancy Bui was formally notified in writing that my mother wanted to cancel the $1,850 treatment/service and she also requested the charge made to her credit card be reversed or a refund be issued. Dr. Nancy Bui, acknowledged via a phone call from her office staff, that she had received the March 30, 2024 notification to cancel the $1,850 treatment/service. Later, despite numerous follow up communications, Dr. Nancy Bui's failed to reverse the $1,850 credit card charge and/or issue a refund. My mother properly exercised her 3-Day Right to Cancel the proposed treatment/service, pursuant to Texas Business and Commerce Code 601.051. Dr. Nancy Bui's refusal to refund any amount of the $1,850 is now viewed as a violation of the Financial Abuse of Elderly Individual law which was enacted by the Texas legislature in 2021 and codified in Texas Penal Code Section 32.55. Dr. Nancy Bui is located at 912 West Randol Mills Rd, Suite C, Arlington, TX 76012. Dr. Nancy Bui conducted business under the name of "DentalCare Implants & Dentures LLC" and most recently has changed the business name to "DentalFlossophy P.A." It is my experience; Dr. Nancy Bui should not be trusted because she engages in abusive and deceptive treatment of the elderly.

But a mouth guard couldn't fix it because it's more of a central nervous apnea, meaning my brain forgets to tell my lungs to breathe.
