I normally wait 15 minutes past my appt time. I have become accustomed and expect it. We have used both Dr Wright and Dr Sullivan. My oldest child has a serious phobia of going to DDS. They are very accommodating and seem to put the best staff with him. The hygienist today was very nice and answered his 20 questions about every piece of equipment and what was going to happen. She took her time with him and was able to get his teeth clean and xrays. The DDS checked xrays and put fluoride on his teeth. We completely done with visit in just over 1 hour. Both DDS are nice and are conservative and don't push a lot of extras on you.

She was rude, condescending, and actually laughed while I was expressing concerns about my child being injured. At no point did she apologize or show any empathy whatsoever. Instead, she acted like I was overreacting for being upset that my child was hurt during a dental procedure. Accidents may happen, but how a business responds says everything. This office chose to be dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional instead of taking accountability and treating a concerned parent with basic decency. Alexia was our dental hygienist and she was wonderful! She was personable, patient and easy to talk to as she guided my son through X-rays and a cleaning. When we saw Evetts she was quick and efficient with her time, but remained nice. Once the appointment was over, we checked out and scheduled easily. They had a toy dispenser that was being filled when we checked out,, and they ended up giving my son two toys for patiently waiting. He was raving about them for the next week. The pricing is fair- much better compared to another place that quoted us! And once they quote you a price, they will go no more than $200 over the initially quoted price and *still* provide the services your child needs. They took a few initial xrays and a visual exam to assess, however, he wasn't very cooperative. They explained once he was under, they would take another set of xrays to determine exactly what was needed. All very honest and up front. Our initial consultation was this past Monday. They reached out to us yesterday with a cancelation for today. They were wonderful with helping us finalize our payment arrangement; above and beyond in my opinion given our situation and request. When we arrived this morning, we were greeted with smiles and great customer service. From the front desk girls, to the nurses, to the doctors... all kind, informative, and professional. I can't say enough great things about this place. I noticed some reviews regarding the wait time or the quoted work... Wait time is to be expected as things can change in the middle of the procedure once they get in there and really see what is going on! Truly worth the wait. I took my special needs son to his normal dentist yesterday 8/24/17 and was told he needed to have x-rays done. They referred me to this dentist office, who they said would be able to give him light sedatives so they can get proper x-rays. I just got off of the phone with their office and was asked what "disabilities" my son has. I told her that he has down syndrome and autism and she said, "Yeah...I don't think your son is a good candidate for us with THOSE disabilities, but I can refer you to someone who would be willing to see THAT." I immediately hung up and started crying. I have never had anyone be so blatantly rude or refuse my son care because of his diagnosis! I would NEVER refer this place to anyone! I would give them minus stars if I could!

Due to a slight delay picking up my daughter from daycare, I informed (via response text) that I might be about 15 minutes late. Normally, this should not be an issue since every visit has us wait a lot longer than that past the scheduled time. I made sure to make it to the clinic as soon as I could, and was at the reception at 4:08. There was no one at the front desk, and I waited around 9-10 minutes before the person showed up. She told me that they had responded to my text telling me that I will to reschedule. I wasn't going to check my text while driving. She then told me, "we ask to reschedule if you are more than 10 minutes late". I told her, I wasn't, its just that there was no one at the front desk and had to wait a while (she was away during that time). She looked around and told me: "I can reschedule you to tomorrow morning", as if parents have all the free time in the world. Normally, if they didn't make us wait 15+ minutes in the lobby after check-in, this would be at least reasonable. And her attitude came across as unwelcoming and disrespectful. I told her, if it can't be done today, I will simply cancel, and I walked out. I will be taking my daughter to another, better rated, dentist, and I am done with iKids.
