SCAMMERS! They lied and said IEHP doesn't cover white fillings AND THEY DO! Also lied and said I needed a partial crown for $1250!!! When all I needed was A FILLING! It's already been fixed elsewhere! They're like pushy salesmen in there. I've had nothing but bad experiences there! Also have students taking xrays that have NO idea what they're doing. Well, I've been going here for almost 3 yrs and the X-rays and hygienist are great. The follow up treatment has not been handled professionally.My last 2 appts were a waste of my time. Appts were made by their staff and come to find out after I sit down, I don't need to treatment they scheduled me for. First appt 2 weeks ago couldn't be done because my insurance coverage. So they had to get an approval of a crown. They called me to set up an appt because insurance had approved a crown. After the dental asst sat me down and looked in my mouth, she said I already had that taken care of and it looked good. I was upset and disappointed. Before leaving I expressed my dissatisfaction of their services. She apologized and said she had no words to explain anything. read more

Happened at DHS office same guy DO NOT COME HERE!!! This guy attacked me, he was done this to many people.this guy called Keyur shodhan is not a good dentist he didn't apply anesthesia the right way he applied it on my gums rather than on thee nerve, he started drilling aggressively I told him it was hurting of course a yerked from the pain, he yelled at me and shoved my jaw downward into my chest he continued to drilled again after I told him that it was hurting since I had hole in my teeth already I decided to stay and have the work done, he basically did this because of social status. You can even understand his chewed up English so how are you going to be able understand his commands. He also treats his employees like garbage. Do not come here. He has closed a bunch of offices for the same reason he has anger issues. read more

Woke up at 9am (Saturday) with my impacted wisdom tooth killing me. I'm up in Big Bear Lake and searched for a nearby open office for help. I feel like I couldn't have been luckier. My first call was at 9am - and I live over an hour away - and by 11:30am I was driving back home with my tooth removed. Not just that, the doctor knew I had been fasting, so he sent me off to In-N-Out to grab a quick bite so I didn't have enough empty stomach. This whole office is super charming, but also so efficient! You can tell there is a healthy work environment there, which I really value. From the gal who answered the phones to the assistant and gentleman that rung me up on my way out. Everyone was so enjoyable to be around. Also, the doctor couldn't have been more skilled. I didn't feel the shot, he removed my impacted tooth so smoothly and quickly. I would 100% recommend this place. I'm not surprised literally all of these hundreds of reviews at 5 star. Very unprofessional, they do not care about quality, all they care about is money. Too many bad experiences here. First, I went in for fillings and had to keep going back 2-3 times for the same pain. Then I had gone in due to a toothache and they said I needed a crown. I went to get a second opinion somewhere else and they were able to save my tooth with no crown and just do a restoration. Do not recommend Shodhan Dentistry. Save yourself time and do not go here. read more

My teenager had a bad tooth that we had been putting off due to her sports season. Shodhans staff got us in same day. They were all so friendly and calming to my daughter who has major medical anxiety. The Dr. explained everything to me and my teen and constantly checked to make sure she was comfortable during the procedure. I am 58, and I've hated dentists all my life. I have to say, this was the best dental experience I've ever had. 2 hrs, 2 crowns, an implant and an extraction !! No pain!! Very quick. My husband and I were looking for a new dentist. I read their reviews and decided to try them out. I called and asked if they take Cigna and they said yes. They did not disclose that they are not a part of our network so we got charged for services that we normally don't have to pay for. They also did a regular x-ray and a panoramic one which was not covered for another $175. So for a normal routine check up and cleaning we have to pay $483 out of $1450 fee this dentist charges with our any discussion about the cost and the fact that they are considered out of network. They lied and over charged us. The only fee discussed was I have 4 cavities 2 of which was done by my previous dentist for $1000. In my opinion this dentist is a fraud and I will be filling a grievance and report them to better business bureau. read more

You are greeted with a sweet receptionist/ dental asst. that takes your temperature and hands you gloves after you use hand sanitizer. I showed up on a friday at 4pm in severe pain. I walked into the office and fekt right at ease, was promptly taken back and had x-rays taken by an extremely pleasant and down to earth tech/assist. Wasnt very long before being told i would need a root canal and that the doctor would do it right now. So far amazing. Then comes the shot of novacaine. Wait a minute doc, did you seriously just give me the shot? "Yes." NO WAY! I felt NOTHING! Dr. Shodham definitely paid attention in class on technique day, turns out alk of the great dentists ive had before him either didn't or they just didnt like me cause ive always fekt the shot. Always. Makes my eyes tear up and i have to telk them im not crying it just caused tears somehow. Anyways, not this tine. I literalky felt nothing. An hour later im out of there completely amazed and super thankful. I wilk sing the praises of this place to everyone! Best dental visit ive ever had, and for an emergency root canal. Has very competent staff who are receptive and always answer the phone call on the first ring. Reasonable fees, accepts major plans. Had an appointment today (12-04-20) at 11:30 am. I got there at 11:15 am. I was wearing my face shield (not mask) because i have SEVERE sinus/breathing problems (failed sinus surgery, 5 procedures). I walk in Shodhan Dentistry in Yucaipa California and the receptionist Erica RUDELY says, "YOU NEED TO PUT YOUR MASK ON". No hello, no how are you doing. I said, "I am wearing my face shield because of my sinus/breathing problems. Erica said, "I DON'T CARE, you put your mask on or you can leave!" I told the RUDE receptionist ERICA to cancel any/all appointments pending. She looked at me and said in a bratty tone, "I WILL"...... I'm 55 years old and was being treated like a CHILD! I then went to my car and called the office to speak to the dentist. Erica answered, she said the dentist was busy and he would call me later. I then told her AGAIN about why i was wearing my face shield because of my sinus/breathing problems and my E.N.T. appointment i just had yesterday. Also that i was receiving another ENT SCAN for another possible sinus surgery. She replied, "I DON'T CARE, you need to wear a mask!" Yelling was being made from both ends and i could not hear what she was saying. I know that when i first called, a message came on and said this call was being recorded. I hope so because i contacted a Covid Lawyer about the refusal due to me wearing a face shield. My rights were violated ! It's plain fact that certain people are exempt from wearing a "face mask" (asthmatic/severe sinus/respiratory) that interferes with breathing and i could NOT breathe today. I can prove what i say with doctor's diagnosis and proof of surgeries. The dentist did call me back at 12:43 pm and he condoned, actually agreed with what his receptionist did and said. What gets me is that i had a dental appointment last week on November 24, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. and i wore the SAME face shield into my appointment. The receptionist said nothing, the Dr./Dentist said nothing, his assistant said nothing. So what was so different today????? I DO NOT recommend Shodhan Dentistry because they allow their employees to talk down and be-little their patients. Also the crown that he supposedly fixed is NOT up to par. 5 visits to fix it and still it is not fixed. There are GAPS above my gum line where the new crown was installed, it still aches and i'm sure it was not installed properly. I was being patient and polite during this tooth process hoping that he would fix it properly but after today FORGET IT! This is MY OPINION and FACT. I will be seeking another dentist to fix this problem. read more
