Nice place. I've been a few times but never got around to writing a review. Beers are good. Variety is usually hit or miss depending on when you go. Their Oktoberfest is one of the best I've ever had. Food is decent, though I've never had anything that blew me away. I've tried a few different burgers and their fancy chicken sandwich. Both were good, but lacking a bit in flavor if I'm being honest. I'll have to try some of their other food options in the future. Overall, fun place. We thought Beverly was just filling in as the drinks she made were all a little off. Seemed they were out of gin so used vodka for Hot Gin Summer but it tasted like she was out of simple syrup also. Fantastic vibe when we walked in that continued while we sat at the bar. Everyone was very welcoming and the bartender was helpful choosing drinks and food. I've been to this brewery twice and both times were amazing! The first time I went I got a flight and there was a strong but delicious bourbon stout. The next time I went I got this rosemary cocktail that was light but still festive. Food is also super good! I got the Mac n cheese and the fried spiral shrimp and they were both great. This is my 64th brewery in the area that we've visited. I had to provide this place 4 stars for a couple of reasons. Our waitress took 5-10 mins before she stopped by to greet us. Nobody was inside as it's very spacious inside, another couple of four outside and looked like they were waited on. Then to top things off the older couple are on speaker phone with it turned all the way up having a conversation with someone, the woman at the brewery is running the vacuum on loud. We can't hear ourselves talk and still haven't been waited on. That's why 4 stars. She arrived and took our order. Did a flight of beers. We had the light ale, pumpkin, marshmallow and hazy ipa. Marshmallow was my favorite but it was a stout and would have been rough on my stomach. I didn't light the light lager at all but got a glass of the hazy ipa. It was good, but didn't have enough juicy flavor to it. We sat outside but you have to be careful because some chairs are handing off of the curb. We did have the fried pickles and damn they were so good. They reminded me of the o RS at a place in downtown Pittsburgh who I think had the best until I tried theirs wow. Again, inside was super clean and our server was helpful & friendly. The buffalo chicken eggs rolls are crisply battered rolls with a buffalo chicken dip texture inside. They are HUGE and delicious. The veggie platter lived up to the hype again, also. My husband and I also had the impossible burger. Very tasty! I was a little shocked they did not have fresh cut fries because everything else seems homemade, but everything else was a 10/10! I can officially kick myself for living in Cranberry for 10 months and just getting to this spot now. Incredibly friendly staff and a great meal overall. The food was a solid 5 stars including the smoked wings (great homemade ranch), the burger and the steak hoagie all came out hot and were delicious. For dessert we tried the pumpkin cheesecake and the chocolate pie and they were perfect. The beer was only 3 stars as we tried the barrel aged pumpkin ale and the seasonal stout. We got there on a Saturday, a few minutes after noon. We ordered the weekend burger special...sorry sold out. How could you be sold out a few minutes after opening? What , did you sell the one you made on Friday night? This is the one thing that really pisses me off when a restaurant does this. Take it off the giant screen TV if you're out of it. We ordered the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. It was ok. It was verging on undercooked in the center, and Nashville Hot sandwiches are typically covered in a hot sauce. This wasn't. The best part of the sandwich was the pickles. The peanut butter stout was nasty. That was the reason I chose to come here over The Chop House in Butler. I love Sweet Baby Jesus by Duclaw, and I was looking forward to a similar beer. We ordered 2 flights so we could try several beers. All the beers had a hoppy finish, even when we didn't order any high IBU beers. A Winter beer should not be bitter. Sample pours (flight) wee a little pricey. The ciders were the best. Our bartender was pretty much worthless. She never checked on us, and I had to get up and get my own condiments for my meal. There was one other couple sitting at the bar when we got there. She was more interested in doing barback related duties, instead of seeing if we needed anything. The chairs and floor make it a competitive sport in order to sit at the bar. In other words, the chairs are the wrong chairs. I saw a woman almost fall on the floor because of the difficulty in pulling herself up on the seat. Even the bartender made a joke about greasing the floor at night, after the woman finally managed to get settled in. You have a potential lawsuit here. Fix the seating. I'm 6'4", and it was way too difficult for me also. read more

Awesome spot right off of Route 228 in the Seven Fields / Adams Township area. We stopped in during reopening weekend after western PA moved into the "green phase" of reopening. They had a tent outside with a handful of tables but our server told us that the plan is to make a permanent patio space where the tent is, so that's awesome! We each had a beer flight. Our favorites included the raspberry sour, the lager and the almond torte cider. Great selection of ciders and everything is brewed on site. We shared a handful of appetizers including the smoked wings (Cajun/ranch dry rub), dented kegs (oversized tater tots stuffed with potato skin like toppings and served with sour cream or a chili lime aioli - get the aioli!), cheese and pepperoni logs (a little greasy, but still delicious) and the oversized pretzel (the cheese is fantastic!). The standout was definitely the wings. We eat a lot of wings and these were crispy, crunchy and juicy! A must try. They also make their own ranch and blue cheese dressings, both of which were excellent. The service was great at well. The food arrived promptly and our server Amanda was fantastic! Will definitely be returning and hopefully adding this place to our regular restaurant rotation (our server did say that pre-pandemic the place was always packed on the weekends). read more

PERFECT SPOT FOR DRINKS AND APPS! Met some friends here last night for drinks and appetizers and couldn't think of a more perfect spot in the Cranberry/Mars/Seven Fields area. They currently have a tent out front with outdoor seating due to the coronavirus, which was a nice option! We ordered the shrimp bruschetta flatbread and the crispy zucchini and they were both delicious! I would 100% get the zucchini again but would probably try another flatbread option next time. I stopped by here earlier today with my wife for some afternoon drinks. We came here because I had seen that Dented Keg was opening up a couple weeks prior in the paper. The inside of this place was nice and open with a ceiling that was multiple stories high while it's floor was a lighter colored tile pattern and it's bar looked like white quartz. They had some hanging Edison bulbs for lighting and the area behind the bar was done in what looked like planks of reclaimed wood. Also behind the bar they had 3 large flat screen TVs all with different NFL games on them for those of you who like watching multiple games. Besides the bar they also had a good sized dining room area which could fit a large number of people and in the back they had windows where you could see their brewing equipment. As I often do whenever I visit a new brewery, I decided to go with a fight here. At Dented Keg this consists of 6 beers of your choosing and is stated as costing $12+. I ended up choosing the East Coast IPA, Double IPA, Grapefruit Shandy, Boysenberry Wheat, Stout and a Strawberry Rhubarb Cider which ended up costing $14 since I got two choices that were $7 for full glasses instead of $6 like the rest. The first beer that I tried was the Boysenberry Wheat. It had a nice sweetness and flavor from the boysenberry with a hint of the wheat on the finish. This could be a good summer sipper. Second was the Grapefruit Shandy which was straight ruby red grapefruit flavor from the start to the finish where a little bit of lemon comes in. I don't know that I have ever had that much grapefruit in a beer before but I loved it. Up third was the Strawberry Rhubarb Cider and I got the smell of strawberry on the nose and the cider itself starts off with a dry apple cider taste before finishing with a pleasant strawberry rhubarb flavor which had some sweetness to it. Fourth was the East Coast IPA which started off with a bit of bitterness at the start that quickly turned into hops through the finish. After that was the Double IPA which started off towards the smoother side before getting really hoppy at the finish. It was to the point where it actually may have been too much hops even though I am someone who loves hops. Last but not least was the Stout which started off with those nice and dark malty flavors before finishing with a touch of sweetness. This was actually one of the better stouts that I have had in a while. Out of the bunch I would have to say that the stout and Grapefruit shandy were my favorites. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I enjoyed all of the beers that I tried here and would be interested in trying their food in the future. read more

Came in here for brunch today with a few friends and had a great time. The service was very good. The food was decently priced with a good amount of options for brunch. Brunch is only served Sundays from 10am-2pm. I got the avocado toast which you can add an egg or bacon to I opted for the egg with a side of fruit. It was everything you'd expect from an avocado toast. I wasn't drinking, but my friends were they got the mimosa flights which they all thought were great. Found this brewery on Yelp. We saw that it has a full menu because we were hungry so we decided to try them out on a Friday night. We got there around 830pm and it wasn't too busy. You can sit anywhere so we found a long table for four of us. Service was good. They were quick and nice. The beer menu looked good and I ordered a Pale Ale. They have seasonal beers and cocktails too. My wife got a seasonal espresso Martini which she really enjoyed. We ordered shrimp tacos and sweet potatoes tots. The food was really good. I wish we lived closer to this place but it is only about 25 minutes away. I like the beer was really good and it has televisions all around so it's a good place to watch a sporting event. We had a great first visit to the Dented Keg in Mars. It's right off of 228 in the shopping plaza where Dairy Queen & Spello (formerly Double Wide Grille) are located. Parking is in a lot. They have an industrial chic vibe inside with a bar & TV's and plenty of tables. They brew their beer on site. They have various daily specials & a Sunday Brunch which features a fancy waffle du jour. We happened to go on a Thursday which was burger night & the burgers with fries were only $6 instead of $13-amazing price! We each had a burger and mine was the Bunkbed Burger which was a double patty with choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and special sauce on a soft brioche bun. The fries were crispy and lightly seasoned. My husband had the DK Burger and their burgers seem to be made fresh. We both enjoyed them very much. We had the garlic Parmesan wings and they are very crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, they were the best wings I've had in a while, I was impressed. Our sever was friendly and prompt. My husband had their Mr.Pink Guava Shandy-they have a few shandy's and some impressive looking craft cocktails. I had a New England style IPA. We thought the food & drinks were great and will definitely be back and we don't hesitate to recommend people trying this place out. They also have a tent out front with heat lamps for outdoor seating. Me and my friends come here every Monday for trivia. Everything is fantastic. The waiting time to be seated is short, the drink and food selection vast while all being priced incredibly fairly. Our usual waitress Jen is so good! Her service and the other staff make us regular supporters of this brewery. The brews are great! A really cool and diverse selection ranging from unique ciders to barrel aged triple ipas. All of which are worth trying. Something for everyone. Trivia is run so smoothly as well.
