It's fresh looking and inviting. Because it was one of the warm days recently they had the whole front opened up and that was nice. It seems to have a hometown client base, I say that because everyone seemed to know each other or at least someone else there. They had a food truck setting up when I was there but I don't try it. The selection, while not huge was solid. I decided to try a DIPA and a TIPA and both were decent. The folks working were accommodating. If I get back over that way I'll be sure to stop by and try another drink or two.

Garage doors open to offer fresh air. There are picnic tables outside and they encourage you to order from any of Oakmont's various restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly, offering quick service and great recommendations. There were non-alcoholic options for those who did not drink in our party. We enjoyed it enough that we came back twice over three days.

Our bartender was friendly and welcoming, and mentioned they weren't officially open that day except for the event, so we appreciated being welcomed in. I ordered a pumpkin beer and it was SO GOOD. I've had several recently, and this was my favorite. It tastes like a slice of fresh pumpkin pie, smooth and sweet but not overly so. Would definitely return here.

I also appreciate the ample outdoor seating available. Always a big plus for me, even if the outdoor area is really just tables set up on the sidewalk overlooking the parking lot - as it is in this case. The service was fine. It wasn't crazy busy there but the bartender had a little edge to her like we were more on an annoyance than a patron. They have a refill club where you can buy a mug and get your name printed on it with discounted refills. Again I appreciate that kind of thing, but the bartender seemed way more interested in some of the regulars than us. Just the vibe she gave off that night I guess. And lastly the beer...it's solid. Went here after golfing with a buddy and had a solid IPA and a pretty good Oktoberfest. The variety available is good enough that most people should be able to find something they like. A really nice outdoor seating area with a couple of fire tables and Adirondack chairs makes it comfortable and inviting. I happened to be there on a Sunday afternoon and I think a football game was going on or just ended because there were a bunch of unsupervised kids running around the tables. Not that they were over the top obnoxious, but they were definitely distracting. I give it four stars mainly because the folks working there were so nice and accommodating. I've been told the food is pretty good, although I've never tried it. Table beside me had some tasty looking nachos. It's a clean but not overly decorated or impressive inside. As far as the beer goes, I can't say I was impressed. I primarily drink IPA's and barrel aged stouts. I've tried several of their IPA's in my two visits and at local places and found them to be okay. Not great but not bad.
