We had such a wonderful experience at the dentist! Everyone was so kind, patient, and understanding with my daughter, and they really took the time to make her feel comfortable and safe. Jahniqua was absolutely amazing! She made my daughter feel so brave by showing her everything she was going to use for the cleaning before starting, which helped her feel less nervous and more comfortable. She made the whole visit fun and exciting instead of scary. And made her feel so comfortable that she was able to sit in the big chair instead of my lap! We truly appreciate how caring and patient everyone was. It made such a difference in my daughter's experience, and we left with a very happy little girl! read more

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but really it is not a good pediatric dentist office. TL/DR: my two children did not receive a welcoming experience, they made my son cry and upset me, the mother, and this office does not communicate well with themselves. First, my kids had awkward/stressful experiences there. My 8 year old daughter had expressed her nervousness to the assisstant that was about to do work on her teeth, and the tech merely squinted at her and said "...well I have to work on your teeth." Absolutely no reassurance for my child, just "well let's get it done." Luckily, she is used to the dentist and not that sensitive, but she noticed the way the tech treated her. It gets worse. My 5 year old son had his first appointment, and we even discussed this during his appointment that this is his first time. The assistant was very unprofessional. I mean REALLY unprofessional. My son simply wasn't ready to have someone clean his teeth yet, and the assistant insisted on trying to force him to get his teeth cleaned. My son was pushing her hands away and spitting out the toothpaste, to which the assistant seemed to have taken this personally and was telling my son to not spit at her. I tried to tell my son that he wouldn't get stickers if he couldn't let them do the work they needed to, because I'm mom and I can tell him that, however that ended up being a big mistake. To make things worse, and instead of just realizing he wasn't ready for a cleaning yet, she gets angry with my son's unwillingness to get his teeth cleaned, she tells him "Oh NO stickers for you!" The whiplash of how she changed her demeanor was so quick! My poor son bursted into tears, he didn't even care about the stickers, he just didn't want that lady around him anymore. I thought, "Wow lady, way to make your job harder!" I told her that was enough and we obviously needed to try again another time. I should have stopped her sooner but I was trying to give them a chance to be able to work together. I was so angry at the lady for treating him that way, I left and called back after chilling out a little bit and told them they are not to let that lady work on my son EVER. Funny enough I saw her again during my daughters second visit, and she couldn't even look me in the eye nor apologize. For descriptions sake because so you avoid her as well, she is the bigger black lady. I am bad with names and thats as simple as I can describe her. Unfortunately, I'm not even sure they will hold themselves to that, because they cannot even communicate properly in their office. What I mean is that this past week they've called me 3 times about my son's next appointment, 2 different people called at 2 different times. One woman had allowed us to reschedule for the next week. I received another call the next day from a different lady asking about my son's initial appointment time, to which I told her we already rescheduled. She said if we made the appointment for next week my insurance wouldn't cover it and we would have to reschedule for Sept. Now mind you we've had to change dentists over the years with moving, and I've NEVER heard of this. But I'm not worried because they said my son has no cavities so I'm in no rush to make him go back. I reschedule for September, and then the next day they call me and my husband about my son's appointment for the week that it was supposedly not going to be covered, when I had already rescheduled for Sept. There is so much wrong with this place it is certainly NOT worth your time or your kids mental peace. I can't believe this is a PEDIATRICS dentist honestly. We will never return and continue to warn parents about this place. read more

The staff clearly have a lot of experience working with little kids (and they love them!). My son loved the murals on the wall. I also loved how they worked with my toddler. Because my son wasn't totally comfortable having his teeth checked by the dentist while sitting in the chair, they had him sit in my lap and it worked great. They also appear to be pretty affordable and inclusive, and I believe they might have staff who speak Spanish (but call ahead to double check if needed). read more

I was referred to this "kids" dentist to get my 6 year old daughter's fillings done for the FIRST TIME. When we went into the room, the nurse told me I would have to step out during the procedure so they can put the nitrous mask on her, so my daughter started crying a little because she was scared. The doctor told me I should have better prepared her...whatever that means. The dentist office that referred us to this "kids" dentist (not a kids specialized office) would allow me be in the room and would walk her through every step of the way instead of filling her up with medical words. Annndd we were only in the room for 5 minutes! Didn't even try to make this a less intimidating experience. Reception girls are sweet though LOL! read more

The assistants are very easy going with the kids and make them feel comfortable to make a visit to the dentist a great experience for them. Great Dentist Dr. Finn but office staff, waiting room, and procedures need improvement. First off I changed to this office because it's 7 minutes from my house. But to my disappointment my oldest daughter had a cavity in an adult tooth so then you will be sent all the way to Fontana for treatments. And I will be making trip #3 to Fontana next week so be aware all adult tooth cavities, crowns, or root canals needed on adult teeth you will receive treatment in Fontana NOT hemet. My youngest child had seven cavities and the dentist said she could be seen in the office with sedation. So then BEWARE it will cost you $50 deposit just to make the appointment for the children's baby teeth cavity treatment. There is NO GRACE PERIOD for the treatment appointment so you will LOSE your $50 deposit if you are LATE!!!!!! Everyone requires a deposit in order to be added to their waitlist. I will not return to this office due to the inconveniences. The previous children's dentist had more competent and helpful staff with iPads and a fish tank in the waiting room. This office needs better equipment to entertain the children and dental assistants that are more productive. I have an amazing pediatric dentist in Ontario who takes pride in his office & staff. All the staff are young, fun, and know how to handle all children...... The wall paper in the restroom is peeling just looks old and unsanitary. Very disappointing...the only positive was a nice experienced knowledgeable dentist but that is it!!! We used to absolutely love this place. The dentist is by far the best we've met. He's so good with my children and we have been coming here for years. However, 2 months for an appointment is ridiculous. Other pediatric dentists offered us an appointment within two weeks. Called to book an appointment and the employee told me 8 weeks out. I asked if there was anything available sooner. She gave me attitude. Told her to go ahead and book it and she simply said "okay" and then hung up on me. As amazing as the dentist is, we don't want to feel like just a other number to the staff and have to wait if my children have any issues for 8 weeks. I'd rather find someone who has it all. If they ever got it back on track I'd probably return. We've referred a lot of families there, only to experience this. read more

I have 3 kiddos that I've brought here for the past 6 years with no problems. However, recently we've noticed the change in front office staff. Unfortunately, with this change came a complete shift in courtesy and professionalism. The respectful and knowledgeable conduct of the front staff has been replaced with garbage grumbled opinion. I walk in & was told I needed a mask. Luckily I had 1 in my vehicle. They require masks but don't supply any since no one is requiring masks anymore I don't care masks w/me. A 8 yr old kid walks in without a mask w/mom. The receptionist says nothing to them. Another family of 4 walks in & she says nothing to them. None of them are wearing masks. RUN RUN RUN! This business is a fraudulent I believe drug invested office! Fabiola the manager is a condescending person who tried to lie on what happened at my kid appt when she was NOT there. Dr. H is a unprofessional orthodontist who should not be around kids. He was acting very funny and talking to himself about how he can't do this and that making everyone happy and he was sweating. He opened my kids mouth and left the building after asking me one question and said he had an infection and said hold on and bounced home. After waiting almost an hour for NOTHING. My issue is with the manager Fabiola who should not be any type of manager. I will be calling the state on this office. All she could say this is not true and that's not true. Every single tooth these people touched in my daughter's mouth developed an abscess! My three year old with a little toothache. Became my four year old who has to tell almost everyone who meets her that her tooth didn't fall out early. The dentist took it. And now they are going to have to take out the molars.
