I have 2 kiddos with autism and they are incredibly caring and patient with them. My daughter loves coming here, and the mini arcade is a wonderful addition for antsy kids... But when the waiting room is full of kids, there aren't enough arcade games for everyone, and you are sitting anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour past your appointment time waiting to be called, it completely overshadows all the good about this place. There often aren't enough seats for people to sit leaving many families standing or leaning against the walls. I myself had to sit at the kids table that they have in the lobby just to get off my feet for a second after standing for over 30 minutes. And the craziest thing is a few times, I have been asked to reschedule things because of what they "didn't have time for" despite my appointment being scheduled by them months in advance. I'm sorry, but if I've already had to rearrange my schedule because you're running behind, we're doing this TODAY. The audacity! And this isn't a one off experience, this happens every single time I have an appointment. I have began to just anticipate canceling any other things that I have planned because I always end up being ridiculously late. Trying to get the kids to school after the appointment? Probably not! Simple things like cleanings can take a 3 hour chunk out of your day. Again, great once you actually get seen, but I'd advise you to plan on sitting here for a while. Bring tablets.

The hallways and rooms were all decorated with fun colorful designs. My son sat on top of my husband while i hold his hand (since he cant lie down with me im heavily pregnant). There were tvs hanging up in the ceiling so my son kept distracted. He was very calm the entire time. The staff were so calm and friendly and kept talking to him. Our assigned dental assistant came across as snooty and spent much of the appointment talking to my child about their teeth as though she were the dentist. The 'real' assigned dentist gave a similarly stuffy impression. While examining my child's teeth, this dentist seemed more interested in looking me up and down than simply saying hello or asking if I had any questions. It left me feeling unwelcome. Since there is no post visit survey, I felt compelled to leave this review with hopes that it will help improve our customer experience. Most of us work hard to provide dental insurance for our kids, pay the premiums and extra costs, and trust you with their care. As for many of the newer dentists-while everyone has to start somewhere, bedside manner is just as important as clinical skill. A little warmth and connection go a long way.

In the exam room they have a TV on the ceiling so when the kids are getting their teeth worked on they could watch Netflix in the mean time.
