I am extremely disappointed with my experience, and the situation has only worsened after I shared my honest review. Since posting my feedback, I have been receiving excessive and persistent phone calls--up to 15 times a day pressuring me to remove my review. This behavior feels inappropriate, unprofessional, and harassing. In addition to the original issue where I came in for a specific painful tooth but received treatment on other teeth that I did not need I am now also being blamed for the treatment decisions that were made and recommended by the provider. This is unacceptable. Patients rely on dental professionals to diagnose and recommend appropriate care. Shifting responsibility onto the patient after the fact, especially when the outcome has been ongoing pain and financial burden, is deeply concerning. At this point, I am not only dissatisfied with the treatment itself but also with how this situation is being handled. I expect respectful communication not pressure, blame, or repeated unwanted calls. I am documenting this behavior and will take further steps if necessary

They are remarkably adept at dealing with difficult kid patients and are an awesome team. We have been taking our soon to be 3 year old and 8 year old here for 2 years and we will continue to use their services as they are so thorough and super friendly. My son is medically complex with allergies as well, which was the reason why we left our prior dentist. They took great care and precaution in regards to his allergies as well as his medical condition. The hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and very fun and lighthearted with my son.
