The lady I spoke said there's no appointment set for my son, at this point I had a mini heart attack, was disappointed because we are waiting for this day. But The lady I spoke on the phone told me they can take my son today which was a very huge relief, good thing I called. We had a little hard time finding the office because there's no sign besides pediatric dentist, anyway we went inside and I am very surprised that the inside of this office is very nice, very child friendly. My husband and I were able to go inside since our son is only a year old. My husband and I are very picky and judgy of places we go and let me tell you this, this office is very impressive. The staff and the dentist, Dr. Young, they're all nice and awesome. Started off with the staff spending about 30 minutes trying to verify my insurance. It was pretty simple, Delta Dental through my wife's policy. I sat in the waiting room until they were able to sort it out. Then I am taken back for my cleaning where I am told that I am due for x-rays. I am then told it will be $65 for an additional panoramic x-ray because they do not have one and insurance does not cover it. I just had this done not too long ago in CA. I was then told if I did not say OK to it then they could not clean my teeth. I asked if they could get it from my previous dentist's office and she said they could, but we already have wasted 25 minutes of my appointment looking up my insurance. I was also told Flouride for the cleaning would be an additional $25 but that was optional. I felt like I was buying a car verses getting my teeth cleaned. I picked up my phone and got out of the chair and went to the front desk. Where I let the staff know that I have never been to a dentist like this and my wife and I would be going somewhere else. I would not reccomend this place to anynone, not even to have my dog's teethe cleaned. Sorry but true!

Kim and Dr. Kickish were both so pleasant and patient. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. All service prices are discussed up front so there are no surprises and they even have an in house plan that makes sense. They are NOT the pushy "gotta have this done" and "let's up sell"dentists I've been to. They seem to genuinely care and I felt right at home here! I returned for a second visit as I needed a tooth extracted. I'm not a great patient and even have fainted before, so I let them know my concerns. They were a tremendous help and Dr. Kickish and Kim both took extremely good care of me doing an outstanding job! I highly recommend them!

I stopped in to make an appointment to have a checkup and teeth cleaning. I informed the manager that I did not have dental coverage and would have to pay cash. she gave me an appointment for several months away. I arrived for my appointment expecting to have X-rays and a cleaning. X-rays were done but no cleaning. that would have to be another appointment. what is that? could you not have told me this when I made the appointment? The dental asst. was nice and brought in a paper with all the work they thought I should have. $6000 worth. Are they nuts? The dentist came in, didn't even look in my mouth, just at the X-rays on the screen. Day 2... Cleaning done. Hygenist was very nice but I was informed it would cost me an extra $50 for numbing and fluoride. I've never had either, ever! She never measured the pockets near my teeth, did not floss at the end or even give me water to rinse my mouth. what the heck. And I didn't get the usual free toothbrush and paste you usually get after a cleaning. I asked her about the cavity they said I have under a crown I have. she told me the Dr was on vacation and that she would talk to him when he gets back. I've never heard from them. I can only assume they don't want me as a patient since I refuse to spend 6k on things I don't believe are necessary. well guess what? I don't want you! what a joke this place is. so now my search begins for a dentist who will fix this cavity and not suggest unnecessary procedures that cost thousands of $$$$. This is a real problem in Riverview when there is a dentist office on every corner!

Once she comes In she gives me this huge breakdown that I have an absurd number of cavities. After being at 3 separate dentists 3 months ago who all told me I had 2 cavities. She also told me I needed a crown in my front tooth because it looked dead and that someone must have hit me really hard. Which is absolutely wrong. Mind you I'm 23 and take very good care of my teeth. Take your medical needs elsewhere. Actually everyone was super nice and friendly, like we were all old friends. I was able to get in quicker than I had anticipated, and the price was less than half of what I anticipated. I kept expecting the price to jump up at the end, but it did not. The free consultation was actually indeed free. Surprise! And the price quoted over the phone was actually the price I was given on paper. Surprise! Go see Samantha; she'll treat you like you're family. She gets TEN STARS for personality alone.
