So I cleared up my horrible paint job and gave into bringing it to a professional. After some research, Dentco was one of the shops I brought it to for an estimate. Greg's words were "It'll look new as if nothing have ever happened." And I'm happy to say he did just that with my car. He did the paint repair and even buffed out the hood from the clear coat residue from my hack job at no extra cost. Luckily I found this company on yelp, Greg helped me very much. He squeezed me in and got the dent out at a reasonable price. Thank goodness I didn't have to put a claim in at the car rental company, that would have been a nightmare. It was a bad dent in a few different places. I also heard that the rental companies can charge you for "lost time" while they repair the rental. I believe it went into the wheel well and bounced off and damaged, my bumper, my fender and my rims. Initially, the girl that answered the phone was very sweet and kind and said that I would get an estimate with it. 48 hours. It was more than a week without receiving an estimate and I contacted them a couple of times after. They did contact me twice afterwards, but I had already gotten it taken care of. It seems like a really nice place but the contact was not enough for me and the estimate was over $5000! Granted, it was just an estimate and they did not physically see the car this was based on photos, but nonetheless, it was way too long for me. My Lexus dealership recommended this place but if you have time to wait around, then maybe it's beneficial but for me with two small children, I need my car to be in safe working order.

Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. I forgot to ask them how long they would have my car and called 2 days later only to be happily surprised that the repair was completed and I could pick it up. The best part is I installed a rear dash cam and had a bundle of extra wire hanging next to the rear window, they tucked that up in the headliner when they did the dent repair. They did a beautiful job and I would definitely recommend them.
