After a really bad experience at another local alignment shop I had trusted for 20 years, I wanted…read moreto share my experience with TRUXX for any Jeep owners in the area. I spent a good amount of money at the other shop having a 3.5" MetalCloak spring lift and Bilstein 5100 shocks installed along with an alignment, only to end up with a severe death wobble the minute I left the shop. I brought the Jeep back and explained the issue. They performed another alignment, charged me again, and then told me they couldn't stop the death wobble and had done all they could do. At that point, I was basically left hanging out to dry. I then contacted Ethan at TRUXX. They looked over my 2023 JT and immediately knew what needed to be addressed. I left the Jeep with them, and they had everything corrected within 24 hours after the parts arrived. The Jeep now drives the way it should -- and then some. If you own a Jeep in Denton County and need suspension, steering, alignment, or death wobble diagnosis, I highly recommend TRUXX. I needed to mount a control knob for a brake controller in my Tesla Model Y. After struggling with…read morelousy options for a while, I went to Josh to see if he could fabricate a bracket that could attach to the side of my center console without permanently defacing it. I told him I wanted the result to look nice, understanding that options may be limited. What he created went far beyond my expectations and now I have a control that looks like Tesla provided it as a part of their tow package. His bracket molded against my center console, completely enclosed the knob and wiring, and was finished in leather to match the interior. Very impressive! I will definitely use his services again should I need any more custom work done!

We got his ADVISED message that the windshield is too dark to drive at night time, they will release us on Saturday 10:30. Sir! I told you I need my car on Friday! I gotta go work on Saturday. You couldn't give customers whenever the time you would like to release. There was also funny thing happened. Once they sent out us this message. This mother fxxker never picked up the phone. We were in the front of his shop for two hours. we can heard someone's walking inside of shop, but they didn't open gate for us. we even called police helped us. This lair still ignored our call and message. FUNNY AS FFFFFFUCK! On Saturday morning, we received a message that they stated our car is ready to pick up. Alright. My husband and my daddy drove another one hour to Roanoke. Let me tell you the other funny thing. Our old window tint was still on the window. Which means this lair didn't touch my car. Listen, we are not unreasonable people. You should told us the truth instead of cheating your repeated customers. You lost your honesty you definitely will loose your business!

After two hours passed, I was told it wasn't ready and that they needed two more. Two hours later, I called again and was told it would take one more hour. After waiting a total of five hours, I finally picked up my car -- only to find it looked almost exactly the same as when I dropped it off, maybe even a bit worse. There were still fingerprints on the screen, hair in the cup holders, dust on the rear windows, and the engine bay hadn't been touched. I also noticed the engine was warm, and the mileage had gone down by about 10 miles, which is extremely concerning for a detailing service. On top of that, there was a new odd mark on the hood that wasn't there before. When I asked about a discount due to all of this, they declined and still charged me $200. I later followed up with a text and was just left on read, with no explanation or apology. Between the wasted time, questionable handling of my car, lack of professionalism, and poor results, I absolutely would not recommend this place.
