Very responsive! Out place was broken into and he came out the day of first contact to inspect the existing locks to give me an estimate. Determined that I just need to rekey my locks (instead of replacing them). Made an appointment for the next day to meet me and do the actual work. While he was there, he noticed that ALL the windows were unlocked (which is probably how they go into the house in the first place) and he took it upon himself to go and lock all the windows. I Am IMPRESSED. Called another company that I could barely understand. I called because they showed being at a address on Denton Tap in Coppell. This was great as I could drive over as I am less than a mile away. Told they had to come to me and it is a $20 charge to come out plus a minimum of $29 to open the lock I needed opened and could be more. A person called me back to come out and I asked if I could send them a short video so he could give me a firm quote so I could decide. I did and he replied back $120 and would most likely end up cutting it off. I decided to check yelp and found Denton Lock. Called and spoke to Jeff and we agreed to meet with n Lewisville. Met him within 30 minutes and he was able to pick the lock open and then made 2 keys by hand using a Key from MB early 80's!! Quoted me $25 + $7.50 for spare key which I gladly paid plus some for being a super person. Did exactly what he said he would do. I needed a new key for our car. Jeff has very good prices for keys and for his labor in the key cutting and the programming -- thus, he was my first choice. Jeff was extremely prompt: No sooner had I hit the "End Call" button on my phone and Jeff had driven over and was at my door. He got my new key cut and programmed very quickly -- Jeff does great mobile service! I inquired about Jeff's car lock-out prices considering we just paid $120 for getting our car unlocked by another individual: Jeff only charges $55 for lockouts during the day (higher at night).
