They had my pickup for ten days for hail damage and a window replacement. Received several text that vehicle was finished. Showed up and window had not been replaced. Replacement part boxes and work dust and debris were left in pickup. They said they did $9000 worth of work. Complete sham. read more

Avoid this shop at all costs. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in on 4/21/25 for repairs that included a new front bumper, right fender, windshield, and an alignment. On 5/2, they told me it was ready. When I showed up, they admitted the person installing the new windshield broke it and I'd have to bring it back the following week for replacement. That should have been my first warning. After paying, I noticed a piece sticking out of the bumper, and the Jeep still pulled to the right -- even though an alignment was part of the job. I brought it back on 5/5 for the windshield and pointed out the bumper and alignment issues. When I picked it up again on 5/7, the bumper still didn't fit correctly, the new windshield whistles when I drive, and it still pulls. When I brought up the alignment again, the manager said he had "proof" it was done and told me to take it up with the shop he paid to align it. That's not how responsible businesses operate. Then it got worse. The receptionist put me on hold mid-sentence while I was calmly asking questions -- I was not yelling or being rude. After looking closely, I saw that the new right fender they installed had deep scratches that damaged my custom paint job. No apology. No attempt to make it right. They delivered poor work, refused to take responsibility, and treated me with disrespect. Now I'm left with a whistling windshield, bad alignment, a poorly installed bumper, and damaged custom paint. I requested a quote due to hail damage on my vehicle and they got me in ASAP. The quality of the service was outstanding! I got my car back within a week. Would've gotten it sooner however they had to replace my hood! Overall service was excellent! No complaints! read more

CarStar has done bodywork on my 2018 Honda accord twice in the 5 years I've had my car. The first work was done on the driver's side door and most recently, they repaired my trunk after I was rear ended. The staff there are personable and friendly. dont ever use carstar, they will repair your car but will be returned with scratches and dents your seats. they do not car about peoples cars. horrible paint jobs with scratches from buffers and left over residue from paint. they tried to fix my coolant but left if leaking so now have to replace connectors. front desk skinny girl with glasses will drive your car thru mud once its ready to be brought around. shes careless af. called asking to speak with owner about these issues, but hes too "busy". bad experience with this company. be careful, they will scam you. thumbs down to Carfart. read more

Not a fan of their customer service. Spent a week and a half calling back and forth sent in pictures through their online quote service. They still asked me to come in to see the damage. I had my own replacement part which I was upfront about from the beginning. It came folded, they said it was not usable. I took the part back home looked online and realized I simply had to leave the piece out to rest and it took on the proper shape. I called to let them know the piece straightened itself out with no creases and no issues. They would not set an appoint just kept asking me to come in and leave the car. This was on a Friday I stated I would rather keep the car over the weekend since they are not open on the weekend and drop off Monday. After a week of back and forth and at least 5 phone calls on Monday without even seeing the piece they told me they would not do the installation for a part they themselves did not provide. Not once in the multiple calls or the physical survey at their shop did they mention this would be a problem. Complete waste of my time. read more

Took the wife's Toyota Yaris to Campbell's Automotive for repairs after a minor mishap. This was the best move I could have made. Our estimator, David Lopez, quoted a price for the repairs and set a time frame when the work would be completed. The repairs were completed by the third day, at the price quoted by David. The bodywork was flawless and appeared to have never had happened. We were extremely pleased with our experience at Campbell's Automotive. I have a Lexus sc430 that I am very picky with- I had hail damage and had Campbell's do my repair- because of how bad it was they couldn't do the paint less repair, they had to go conventional and they far exceeded my expectations- their price was very reasonable, they kept in touch with me during the project and kept me up to date with what was going on- and when they where finished my car looked good as new inside and out.
