Some parts were not replaced and appeared rigged. I truly believe you are scamming the insurance and pocketing the money. The insurance approved the supplements and said they will come after you for reimbursement. They are removing this business from their preferred list of shops. Your shop in back wreaked of marijuana. I should have went with my gut and gone somewhere else. This is just bad business and unethical.

Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. I took my vehicle in to have a rear bumper cover and trunk lid put on that I had found in a salvage…read moreyard on Mansfield Highway. I had been in a wreck and had been rear ended. The trunk lid and rear bumper cover were in mint condition. The next day when I went to shut the trunk lid, it shut just fine but could not get the "Gate Ajar" reading off the display on my control panel. The lights behind the rear view mirror would also not go off because the system "sensed" that the trunk lid was not totally shut. I now have to slam the trunk lid as hard as I can which is not easy because I have a whiplash from the wreck. The rear passenger tire also rubs against part of the bumper cover or something that got pushed forward when the bumper cover was installed. I took it back to Lee and he was not there at the time but his assistant came and showed me why the issue is happening with the trunk. He said when they took off the old bumper cover that they saw that the frame was bent upwards and when they put the new bumper cover on, it now bows upward and the trunk lid catches it. My question would be: Why could they not have called me and told me this and explained that this would be what would happen if I did not consent to have them fix it first?????? I would have approved it and then let my insurance company know about it. But no, it was put on KNOWING this would be the result. Now I have an entire back of my car that I cannot use until I take it to ANOTHER body shop and get it repaired. So yes, I feel justified in my one star review.

She was able to get it back to where she was staying that week. I drove out the following day and was able to identify that the radiator had cracked. it was about 10:30am on Friday. I called around to several shops and most were willing to do the work, but couldn't get it done until Saturday or maybe even Monday. This was not ideal. All that changed when I called Don Perry's Garage. I was talking to Donny and he said he could probably get it done that day. I told him I was just passing through and he said he'd definitely get it done that day. He said "cmon down and we'll get you fixed up. I'll pick us up some lunch and you can hangout here till it's done." This is 100% true! So I headed on down and spent the afternoon with Donny and Kelly. We ate lunch together and chatted for a few hours. Hanging out there I got a real behind the scenes look at how they run their business. How they communicated with their customers on the phone or in person was all top shelf. The transparency they shared with their customers is like nothing I've seen in this business. If they made a mistake, they owned up to it. If they could get a better price on a part, they would and then would pass the savings on to the customer. I've got to also give a shoutout to their senior tech James. He's been there over 30 years and knows his stuff! There's a reason they have been in business as long as they have! The reality is, I probably will never need their service again. Our paths may never cross again. Then, my AC stopped working altogether, and they diagnosed the problem (blower motor had broken). This week, my freon was again out. They had quoted me $70 to add freon and dye to see where the freon was leaking from, with the cost to the repair the leak TBD based on where it's coming from. Well, Priuses apparently cannot have dye, so instead, they added freon and listened to the system to see where it might be leaking from. Needless to say, it was a longer process than had they used dye. When I went to pick up the car, they told me where the leak was coming from. I chose not to fix it, but I still had to pay them for their work and for adding freon. Instead of the $70 he quoted me, he only charged me $50. I did not ask for a discount, but I appreciated the service and the value. Next time my car needs a repair, I will not hesitate to bring it to All Auto.

Did they have to do that? No. Did they have to message me that they found it? I didn't know anything about Auto Car Care Center's shop, but after speaking to Jeff, the owner, on the phone prior to the tow, I felt he could handle the problem. Jeff worked on my vehicle with the true knowledge of a Saturn's components the other shop never showed me even though they touted being Saturn specialists. Jeff, by far, is a true Saturn specialist. With his determination, he fixed my transmission issue by installing a remanufactured valve body. While there, he noticed a hesitation when starting the vehicle, and then he recommended a new fuel pump and seal. I finally got the call that my vehicle was "ready to take on the world". No problems since I left that shop! I cannot recommend this shop enough! After personally owning and operating a classic vehicle restoration shop for 35 years, I can attest that Jeff operates his shop with honesty, a high level of professionalism, a vast auto parts' knowledge and always keeps the cost of the job down for the customer.
