Out of all the places I called, this was the only shop that called me back right away and said they could look at it immediately and would even stay open past closing to help--which they did. I had my car towed over, and from the moment I got there, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Israel, the owner, took a look at my car right away! He replaced several parts for a fair price, kept us in the loop the whole time, and quickly figured out what was going on. I ultimately decided to get my car towed back to Houston. He let me keep the car there for a couple of days while I arranged a tow, held onto the keys, and personally gave them to the tow truck driver and sent us photos/updates when they arrived. Israel went above and beyond. He was seriously amazing--so kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful and knowledgeable when I needed it most. BUT, they also quickly replaced our tire, they were very nice, and didn't try to convince us that we needed more services to inflate the bill. My husband asked if they could replace the other front tire as well, since it was on his to-do list for after we returned home anyway. They replaced both tires for $106 total, including balancing both tires, and a 30-day warranty. They brought the tires to my husband to approve before they put them on the car and he says they really look brand new! I wish we hadn't needed their help, but I sure am glad they were there.
