Because of the aluminum truck bed body the shop I previously used could not fix it. So I searched around and called some well known body shops that did aluminum body work and they declined to see my truck. Thanks to Yelpers that left earlier reviews for Chang's I called and came to them. They saw me the same day which was great because I had taken off the day from work. BEST part was I was actually able to leave my truck in capable hands. They did ALL the work contacting and working with my insurance company, AAA (who did an awesome job too). Simon and his crew kept me updated along the process. Happy to report the work was great and the calibrating of the truck sensors were perfect too. I first met him at a friend's business while she was at work and I got his card, I'm glad I did because he does a fantastic job each time on every vehicle. He doesn't rush and really takes his time unlike the typical car wash's around. He made me truck polished wheels look new. I was considering powder coating them black or replacing them but not anymore!! He's always on time or early for appointments unlike most self employed people that just get there when they get there. I brought my RAV4 in for collision repair in October 2025 after confirming directly with the owner -- OEM parts, 15-day turnaround, and restoration to pre-accident condition. Nearly every promise fell apart. To their credit, they honored the OEM agreement after I pushed back. But after picking up the car, it was mentioned they had spent a lot of money on the repair, and I can't help but wonder if that influenced everything that followed. The car came back in December with multiple unresolved issues and has repeatedly returned to the shop ever since -- it is now May 2026, over 7 months later, with this latest visit alone exceeding four weeks. Concerns were acknowledged in person but rarely properly resolved. Every major accident-related concern I raised (which the shop repeatedly dismissed) ended up coming true. These were verified by the insurance company as accident related and eventually approved once brought the the insurance company's attention. These were not maintenance related and this was verified by the dealership. - Missed wheel bearing damage causing humming - Damaged rotor causing brake issues - Missed rear tire damage paid out of pocket - Alignment corrected multiple times and still needing monitoring - Bumper, fender, and side molding fitment issues that progressively worsened, with parts eventually popping out even after multiple repair attempts. At this point, I question whether replacement should have happened from the beginning instead of repeated adjustments. Along with paint issues (thinning) and scratches. Meanwhile, delays were consistently blamed on insurance or the dealership while I absorbed rental, transportation, and out-of-pocket costs month after month. No rental offered. No real acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I've never had to fight this hard at any shop to have accident-related repairs properly addressed. All I wanted was my car restored to pre-accident condition, nothing more. To the shop -- my car is still in your hands. I genuinely hope this final visit resolves everything properly, because I would much rather update this review with a positive outcome.

Galaxy Auto Haus did a great job for all aspects of the upgrade, from paint matching to panel fitment. I really can't tell that the paint on the bumper, trunk, and body are not from the same painting run; the color match on these panels is that good. They had a great reputation. I made an appointment for a consultation and estimate. I talked with Alex and decided on a course of action. He thought I would be pleased with the results if he would repaint the hood. I decided to make an appointment to have the work done. I dropped my car off on the designated day. He figured it would take from 3 to 5 days depending upon weather conditions. When I received the call that the car was finished, I wasn't sure what to expect when I stopped in to pick it up. I was absolutely amazed my old car looked better than it did when I purchased it. I was not the first owner. I walked around the car and told them how happy I was with the service that I received. I could tell immediately I was dealing with a 'normal' business owner that would prove to me that he wasn't some one trying to make a fast buck, or lay some sales pitch on me how it's going to be some outrageous amount. I'm not sure how to put it in words well, but the bottom line is that I immediately felt I was dealing with an HONEST, and Considerate person who genuinely wished to help me and not find ways to gouge me in price nor the 'con' job of what needed to be done. In fact, he showed me how some of the body defects were in fact something that could be buffed out easily. All the other seven body shops had just tallied that area of concern as requiring well over a thousand dollars to 'repair' - when in fact, it was a simple buff and polish and gone, at well, well less that the thousands all the other shops had told me it would cost. What I've learned out of all these shops I had gone to, is that they will attempt to make you believe you need to pay thousands when often some of the 'defects' could be done at a huge fraction of the price.
