They didn't even offer to extracted, they didn't offer me any service whatsoever, only the phone number for a denture laboratory. Also, *multiple* times their office added on to my bill. The original quote kept getting 'add ons'! Really?? Both of these experiences have never happened to me before. Now, I am forced to replace this poor excuse for a bridge at fully my own expense. *Avoid* this office if you need Cosmetic work done! And beware prepare to pay much more than your originally quoted out-of-pocket expense.

I wrote a not so nice review of him due to the fact that another tooth , not the front ones , broke after eating something what I think may have been a bone or some type of hard object . I got quite upset and wrote a rude review, which I now regret . So with that I feel the need to apologize to Dr Houston and his team that I have known for many years of great service to me as well as my family . The other dentists in the area kept telling me I'd probably have to go to an oral surgeon in Eugene. Ughhhh...2 hours away. I never went to an oral sugen to get my wisdom teeth taken out. Did something change? Anyway, I was able to get an appointment in 2 days. Once we arrived to our appointment we noticed how clean and relaxed the place was. Front desk personnel was super friendly and helpful. BTW...My daughter HATES the dentists, but they reassured her that there was nothing to worry about. Only x-rays were needed to see if it was a wisdom tooth problem this time around. Once they took my daughter back, it only seemed like 15 minutes and my daughter was back smiling. The nurse told me it wasn't wisdom teeth causing the problem. Possible jaw issues? She also said there were no cavities and her teeth looked great...thanks to the water pic. Possibly next year, my daughter may have to get her bottom wisdom teeth pulled...but for now...she's good to go.

They also do not seem to understand how not to leave an overhang and how to finish a margin. The office looks nice, but the skill level of the dentistry is poor to middling, depending on who you get. They cycle baby docs through there, who get their experience there,and then move on. My guess is that they don't vett anyone. I find the forced friendly thing to be over the top and tiresome. The problem is thatvthey literally dont know what they should know. Also I've had some interesting bookkeeping issues there, like a credit for over $500 that I wasn't told about,until they wouldn't take my new insurance, and wanted me to pay on their insurance plan. It was at 8:00. I told them I don't drive until 10:00 because I have had seizures while driving before so I take my meds at 8;00 to make sure it's 100% safe. Called me. I was confused. On Friday I confirmed my appointment on Monday. Jordon who has been rude to me every time we have talked. I confirmed our appointment Friday but called and Gave me a personal reminder about my appointment. I was with my mother in law who has Alzheimer's who fell at her caregiving facility and was at the Hospital picking her up. That is unacceptable to call me on a SUNDAY for an appointment I confirmed on Friday. A personal reminder on a Sunday ? They called me and my wife Monday morning and I was sleeping in.
