My poor Husband had THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT Seven to Seven Dental ( on Bandera) he had severe/excruciating tooth pain and UNFORTUNATELY, Monarch was not open so I took him to the other facility ( from Hell) He was FIRST seen on Sat. 11/02/19; we arrived at 4:40- (they closed at 5:00) but it was TRULY an emergency and he couldn't take the pain anymore! Well.... the staff DID NOT EVEN go over prices, future financial obligations, or payment plans (OF ANY SORT!) They literally took X-Rays - walked him to the back, briefly looked at his X-rays and DID NOT EXPLAIN a thing to him!!!! Like, WTH?! The Dentist LITERALLY TRAUMATIZED my husband with the "Cracker Jack" experience he received! I WAS LIVID!
