My $1700/tooth veneer fell off within a week and they spent the whole session making fun of me. They offered the $49 new patient cleaning but it's actually $225 and only after a week of them messing up the appointment. The hygienist broke off a retainer bracket and wouldn't go get the dentist to glue it back on. Then she told the receptionist it was just because "I was too tired...?" I've had it. Yall ask for a review every time so here it is. UPDATE: the below reply is indicative of my experience, as I'm clearly not happy and they can't even understand that. They're assuming a lot arrogantly. My bite alignment is ruined and painful, my veneers that were promised to last 20 years broke within a week, they broke my braces, refused to fix it, and made my teeth shift. The tech rushed me in, took my xrays so fast he dropped the equipment. He also told me the hygenist was finishing a cleaning and would be right in and I literally heard the hygenist saying right then "Hi, I'm going to be cleaning your teeth today" to a patient next door. Now I've been waiting for 40 minutes to get my teeth cleaned. This place is a cattle call. They stack their patients, keep you waiting, then gladly take your money. Oh, did I mention they already canceled on me twice for this current appointment, once literally the morning of my appointment when I had taken off work? Go elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.
