I love this dental office. Dr. Gonzalez is great and kind as well as all of his staff. Specially the lady who works as the receptionist, she is a total sweetheart! I got all of my 4 wisdom teeth removed here (local anesthetic, I was not put to sleep), and they were so gentle I kept falling asleep. Dr. Glz is great at telling you when something is going to hurt more or when he is going to apply more pressure. He got all 4 out in 2 hours and I had really big wisdom teeth. WOW ! Where do I begin ??? From the video chat to speaking with someone at the front desk everyone was very pleasant. Parking is in the back of the building.The office was really clean. Filling out paperwork was really easy they provided a tablet. Check in was super quick. I was a little nervous being that I have not been to the dentist in a while but I had an amazing experience and will be referring clients ! I've searched for awhile for a dental clinic that didn't make me feel like just another appointment slot. I am SO GLAD my search is over! My experience was excellent through and through. When I called to make an appointment, the young lady who answered the call was very friendly and sounded professional. I didn't get an automated line, I was able to speak to a live person right away. Scheduling the appointment was quick and simple. After scheduling an appointment, I received an email directing me to register for the online patient portal. You are able to fill out the new patient forms from there. About 5 days prior and leading up to the day before my appointment, I received text and email appointment reminders. The location was perfect for me because it was literally a less than 5 min drive for me. It's a block away from USAA's home office and about a 10-15 min drive from the medical center. Front parking seems limited but there's additional parking at the back of the building. The waiting room is small but very modern looking. Comfortable seating, flat screen TV on the wall, a mini fridge with cute mini water bottles, and a Kuerig for coffee. It made the short wait time very relaxing. The front desk girls, Eryca and Kim had smiles on their faces when they greeted me and actually engaged in a nice conversation. This adds to not feeling like another number. As a new patient, I had to go through the x rays. Thank goodness that they had updated and newer technology! It made having to go through that process A LOT LESS painful! My technician, Grace was very welcoming and joked around with me. This helped ease the nervousness that comes with being in a dental clinic. She knew the kind of music I loved to listen to so she made sure to play it while I laid in exam chair. (By the way the chair massages your back while you're going through the exam and the cleaning!!!) My dental hygienist, Norma is one of a kind! Very KNOWLEDGEABLE and INFORMATIVE! She made sure to explain everything that she was doing, the reasoning behind it all, and how to prevent problems in the future. She's passionate about what she does and you can tell she enjoys it. She definitely did not fit the scary dental hygienist mold the some may imagine. She's thorough, yet gentle enough to not cause horrible pain. And she was sensitive to my needs of having to swallow and making sure to keep my face clean. Last but not least, Dr. Cherukadu is very personable! Shook my hand and greeted me with a smile even before I started my teeth cleaning. He took the time to listen to my concerns. After my exam, I was given a financial breakdown of what was done during my appointment; And a plan for future appointments needed broken down per visit. (Ex: visit 2 - resin filings. visit 3 - deep cleaning, etc). The check out process was not long and drawn out like most. I definitely recommend this clinic! From walking in to walking out..everyone in the office is great. I didn't wait long to be called back and Norma was awesome. She asked about my sensitivity and I actually enjoyed the cleaning. When the dr came in, he saw the problem and assured me that it can get fixed. I was iffy about seeing a dentist after dealing with a bad dentist the year prior but I know I have found my dentist office. Even walking out was great. Dr. Sri, Grace and Lupita have taken care of myself and my daughter kindly and very professionally. They all listen to me, are sensitive to my past dental nightmares and make sure I am at ease and as painfree as possible while working with me. Thankfully, they have helped me regain my confidence in dentistry so that I look forward to my cleaning. I have also worked with them and now my gums are healthy and I'm back on track. X-rays are easy and quick. The customer service is exceptional and Dr. Sri is about as good as it gets. He is professional, very informative and truly cares about your dental health and makes sure that he does the best possible work for you. The staff is great, caring and make you feel so welcome. I would recommend this practice to anyone just for the fact that I felt absolutely NO PAIN during my procedure. Wanted to try a place close to home so came here based on the reviews. The office staff is very nice and the lady who did my cleaning explained everything to me and was patient with me but I've never had a cleaning this rough before. Maybe my teeth have gotten worse and that's why but she was nice enough to numb my gums to help with the discomfort but I've never had that done before during a cleaning either. Afterwards, later in the day my mouth was in pain. It's been 3 days and I still have some soreness. I'll have to stick with my regular dentist even though he's farther away. read more

I have to say this is the best experience I have had at a dentist's office in a long time! about 7 years ago, my dentist retired and I tried a few places for general cleanings, but had not been very impressed. Then my husband told me about this place and how much he liked the atmosphere and the awesome service from everyone who work here. I have to say, I have been blown away by the care and compassion of this place! My first visit far exceeded my expectations for a dental visit and I walked out excited to - of all things - start flossing more and using my new toothbrush! Apparently they are miracle workers there! lol I am very happy with the continued support I receive from their office and Dr. Sri is a fantastic dentist who truly cares for his patients. This place is great! The dentist and Grace the dental assistant are both always ready to listen to the patient. They calmed me down when I had 4 extractions, an under the gum cleaning, and 2 fillings. 4/5 only because the receptionist Lupita is so rude. Makes the overall experience an okay one instead of a great one. The dentist and I had a misunderstanding regarding billing and even after the dentist and I had settled the issue, Lupita was still pushing it and being rude to me. She said something along the lines of "well he HAD to agree with you because you were clearly upset". She used to be friendly but after this issue, she is now rude and barely says any words to me. She explained everything to me in the least amount of words possible which indicated she was annoyed with me and didn't want to talk to me anymore. With what I have paid out of pocket and with what my insurance has covered, I have already spent a couple thousand with them and plan on spending more because I still need work done. I just with Lupita was more friendly to staff. If the dentist and I already spoke and cleared the issue, why are you going over and over again about it with me? I even told her "if you don't want my business, I'll gladly go somewhere else." i dont want to be somewhere where the staff is being short with me. She ignored me and just said "someone will be right with you". I have gone a total of 3 times. The second time was for 2 extractions and a filling. After I show up to pay, Lupita had overcharged me $25. It was after I had to pull out my calculator barely being able to talk and show her the math was when she said "oh, it seems like I charged your deductible as $50 instead of $25." I didn't make a big deal out of it and gladly accepted the credit. So if I was understanding with her mistake why couldn't she let the other issue the dentist and I had already cleared up, go? All in all, I totally recommend this place. Once you get past the receptionist Lupita, it is a wonderful experience. read more

they offered a free dental visit. because i have blood issues the needed a couple of results for a blood clotting . which I got and brought back... it had been done two months earlier, it wasnt current enough. sent me away . I understand that.. so another trip to doctor for blood work and had it then faxed over only to get cold shoulder from the doctor saying sorry he will pass on doing the extraction... funnie that my liver doctors said I am fine for it. I will not recommend this place for anyone cuz if he truly wanted to help the people he would of done it ... cost me three trips of gas money only to have them not to treat me.. I think hes a pompous jerk. no amount of nice waiting room or the other crap is worth it. read more

I had an old root canal fail and was in EXCRUCIATING pain last night. I emailed Dr Sri at Pearl Dentistry at 10:30 PM, and had a call back by 7am! I needed my wisdom teeth taken out so, I could get invisalign. I've been procrastinating for a while now. I walked in with some questions and they were able to fit me in same day. Talked to the dental assistant and got to see Dr. Srikanth he reassured me that he could remove my wisdom teeth in office and the price for the procedure was mind blowing, my other primary dentist price was $3,000 Dr. Srikanth, price was very affordable. The day of the procedure it took him a total of 20 min 10 min for the numbing and 10 to remove both of my upper wisdom teeth.Quick and easy.
