Even though she had previous anxiety with going to the dentist from bad experiences in the past, the doctor here and his staff were super kind. They explained everything as they went and made sure that she was comfortable and in no pain whatsoever they were nothing but sweet and informative, and I found that the prices were comparable to other places I had called around. They worked around our schedule availability to get her in and I would definitely recommend them.

Then about an hour goes by after X-rays. A different lady comes in. I was told by her that he would be 10 more min. Asked for the tv to be turned on and it wouldnt work so I had to download a free app for their tv to fix it. I noticed a little camera right above the tv. I thought that was odd. About 35min goes by and still no dentist. So I have now waited almost an hour and a half after X-rays. They didn't even start my cleaning. Finally I hear him talking to the person in the next room. He was in there maybe 5 min. He comes into my exam room and asks if I had any concerns. I started telling him about the "zingers" I have on the bottom left. He asked when like brushing my teeth? And I did no, it's only with the instruments and toothpicks and such. He says how about you let me do my job. I said wait, you just asked me if I had any issues and I'm telling you. I sat up in the chair and asked what's going on. He ripped off his gloves and says how about this, we will cancel this appt and won't charge you. I was shocked! Such bizarre treatment. Who does this! The lady in the back was like I don't know what's wrong. I was leaving and asked about the camera in the room. They said it's all recorded. So I asked for a copy of what just happened. She came back and said he told her it was not working. How insane?! Such a weird visit! Of course the camera isn't working. When leaving I started asking the ladies upfront if he was ok if he just got bad news or what. They laughed and just said you better leave now. I told the ladies upfront that they were nice while I was leaving. He came around the corner and started in on me about me telling him how to do his job while he stood out of site. I have no idea what his issue was. I said today this just cost you guy 3 new patients. The brown haired lady laughed. She said were doing just fine. I said well word of mouth works too I will let others know how he acted towards me. There were no other patients waiting in the waiting room when I was checking out. I can't imagine how they stay in business with this treatment of patients. I noticed when sitting in the parking lot that he stormed out and got into his silver Buick and raced off. He wasn't even in the office maybe 10min or less. Also, they want you to leave a credit card on file so they can charge you for missed appointments and cancelations. I kept my ppwk and didn't fill it out.

We have 5 children and scheduling appointments is very difficult only to be turned away twice. On the first occasion, she was 5 minutes late arriving, and they refused to see her because they had double booked her time slot, and were not able to squeeze her in. The second time they refused to see her because she had our baby with her and they were unwilling to accommodate a mother with a child in any way since she needed an x-ray. On both occasions the office manager refused to work with her or consider the situation. Incredibly disappointed. May be a great doctor there but we never got passed the office staff. We won't be back.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and my cleaning was incredibly thorough. Time flew by thanks to friendly conversation. I often feel self-conscious at the dentist, worrying that I'm not brushing or flossing well enough, but here I felt no judgment at all. I even learned new things about my teeth, with clear explanations backed by the x-rays. Dr. Gomez gave me the stamp of approval, addressed all my concerns with care, and explained everything in a way that made sense. I had my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Dean on 11-24-25. Prior to the procedure, everything was…read morecompleted to provide for a cost estimate for the work. I was to owe $50 for my deductible and that was it. Now, well after the fact and with insurance involved, I am being told I owe more. In fact, I have received more than one letter outlining different amounts that might be due. One dated 1-12-26 says "Please pay $2,335.00 by 2-2-26". Another dated 1-20-26 claims I owe $625.00 due immediately. The fact of the matter is, I likely owe nothing, but I needed to get someone from their office to justify to the insurance company why the surgical codes billed were necessary. Such as simple ask, where the answer gets the office paid, and gets me out of the discussion. Win win. But no. It was already unpleasant to receive letters stating that I should provide "immediate attention" to the situation, but even more so when I had to leave a message twice (three days apart) to get someone in the office to respond. Definitely not "immediate". Don't expect me to act "immediately" if your team cannot act immediately. Prior to calling the office, I called my insurance to see what they would say is the issue. The issue is, the office billed for surgical codes and procedures, yet provided no notes to justify why the surgery was needed (as opposed to a simple extraction). When the office representative called me back, she was very short and unsympathetic to my situation. She basically told me it was my problem, and that all the paperwork I received prior said "estimate" so it is what it is. She said your office does not submit "notes" and only submits an x-ray. She told me the x-ray is enough to which I stated it obviously is not.....as here we are. I asked if there was any way to get the justification over to the insurance, and was told perhaps if they wanted to send something....but your rep was not willing to do anything to help facilitate the reconciliation or to make that happen. It is unfortunate, after having trusted your office to help me navigate this journey, that she could be so unwilling to assist or to help provide for some type of mutually agreeable solution. I shared my feelings also about being in the middle between their office and the insurance company trying to mediate but that was of little concern as well. I contacted my insurance again, and ultimately was told that they would pay the claim out, but they do need some type of surgical notes or explanation as to why my teeth had to be surgically removed as opposed to a standard extraction. They provided the attached EOB, and said I could write back with my own narrative as to why the teeth needed to be surgically removed......but I am not sure I am qualified or would provide what they need to justify the charge/procedure. I tried to call the office back, and to speak with someone else to simply see if anyone could help in providing a simple justification statement outlining why surgical removal was necessary. I think this is a simple request to a simple issue, and again hate that a staff member with less than stellar customer service skills felt it appropriate to dump a $625 bill in my lap, instead of working with me to resolve the matter (for all involved). At the time of this review, the issue remains unresolved, and I await a response from the office to see if they will provide me with the justification my insurance seeks in order to pay the claim.
