Excellent service. Nice car. A little higher priced then the competition. I found two other company's willing to do the 5 hour trip I booked with 24/7 for half the price( $500) much less but 24/7 had me locked into a contract for just shy of $1000 and I couldn't get out of the contract without losing all my money. Probably won't sign a contract in future with any cad company. It's my bad though, I didn't do my price shopping until after I had signed the contract and was within 5 days of our trip. A huge thank you to Denver 24/7 Limo for great transportation during snowy weather. My travel agent screwed up my original transportation via Epic Mountain Express which left me with no transportation to Vail 24 hours before my departure and with a snowstorm rolling into Denver. When I originally called off their Google ad, Vanessa answered the phone. She was awesome and very calming while I was stressed. She immediately booked be into an awesome 12 passenger Sprinter Van with a CDL licensed driver named Chris. IMPORTANTLY, the price for Denver 24/7 Limo was similar to Epic Mountain Express but we were in a Custom Sprinter Van and it was a private ride versus a group transport. Awesome!! From the time we landed, the Chris communicated with me every 10-15 minutes. He picked us up perfectly on time and drove expertly through difficult driving conditions. I specifically requested Chris for my return trip which also, coincidentally, took place in a snowstorm. Chris communicated me frequently even as he was delayed in arriving because the Eisenhower Tunnel was closed. Again, it gave me peace of mind. He found an alternate route and arrived just 10 minutes late even in the snowstorm. He drove expertly and safely on the several hour drive back to Denver. I rarely write Yelp reviews and, when I do, they are frequently bad reviews. But my experience with this company was so outstanding, I wanted to write. Do not use this company. We were looking to use them for a red rocks concert and the show was canceled due to high winds completely out of our control. The national weather service explicitly said high profile vehicles should not be operated i.e. A BUS. All we were looking for was a credit or to be worked with so we could use them for a later show, instead they basically told us tough luck. We would highly recommend Denver24/7 Limo. Every interaction prior to transport was positive. I called to verify everything multiple times. Every time a helpful and pleasant person answered. Our pick up from airport was flawless. Our return trip was the worst of a cold snap with schools closed from ice and snow. And below 0 temps. We had a concern they might cancel our return trip. The driver had no idea where she was going because the company didn't give her the right address. The limo itself also had technical issues, as the divider didn't work and the roof actually leaked during a rainstorm. When we first hired your services back on Dec 16th from Edwards to DIA, we had a great experience. I have used these types of services at least 30 times in the last 10 years so I have some comparisons.  I was looking to an enjoyable return trip from Hawaii through DIA. It therefore pains me to tell you that this last ride from DIA to Edwards, was the worst 2 1/2 hours I have spent in my life. in a vehicle (and I've been to Africa). The town car/SUV that we were promised didn't materialize and what my wife and I were left with was a "party bus" that was only missing a strippers pole to make the transformation complete. There were no seatbelts, there was no heat (air temp 30F outside) and we had just returned from Hawaii. We wore our down jackets and still shivered as it never became warmer than 49F in the back. This bus should have had suspension maintenance years ago but was ignored (probably because drunk partygoers would not notice). I recently had back surgery and I can say that my back was and still is miserable. We were told that we were upgraded due to the unavailability of your SUVs. That was a demotion to be placed in that vehicle. The noise generated by this bus was offensive, partially due to the unsecured plastic light covers that bounced back and forth due to the poor road conditions and partially due to the poor suspension of this Sprinter van. At least the cacophony kept us awake so we wouldn't freeze to death! We have no complaints with the driver, as he did the best he could with the poor equipment provided. read more

Refused to honor the rate my reservation was booked for. Wrote me an email on a Friday afternoon saying the rate online was incorrect then a second email 8hrs later just cancelling my booking. By the time I saw either of them my reservation was cancelled, leaving me in a bind with my event. Bait & switch seems to be their thing. I only booked with them because they advertise (and allow booking) with lower rates. When they refuse to honor the booking, the competitor options were booked; leaving you forced to pay them higher rates or not have a ride to the event. read more

I'm not one to ever write a review for anything, but the service was so bad that I feel inclined to say something. This company picked up my friends and I from Breckenridge and took us to Denver airport. Within five minutes of the start of our trip, the heat system began emitting what could only be described as toxic burning gas (likely propane). At first, we were bothered by the smell, but then the situation escalated and the gas began burning all of our eyes. We began screaming to the driver asking him to pull over, because the back of our car was starting to fog up with smoke, and the windows were permanently closed (certainly a fire hazard) so we could not open them for ventilation. We pulled over the van and stood outside for 20 minutes as we allowed the van to air-out. When we got back in the van we were unable to turn the heat back on, and the driver was not able to figure the heat out either, so the five of us sat huddled together with our coats in 30 degree temperature for the remainder of the 2 hour trip. This was certainly not a luxury experience by any means, and we highly recommend to steer clear of this car service company. read more

This company has some of the worst communication and service that I have ever experienced. It is unfortunately on YELP that you can not provide a 0 or negative rating as Denver 24/7 Limo would receive just that! We booked a limo on line through their website and received a confirmation number for the service! Thank goodness, we called the evening prior to confirm everything. We find out that there is no limo reserved! They would not honor the confirmation number and communicated that they had rejected our order the following day after place it. Again, after receiving a confirmation number! The claim is that the online system did not capture the 3 digit credit card code so the order never process. Hard to believe that you received a confirmation number when you order does not process in today's world of online ordering. We received no follow up email regarding the rejection, no phone call, no text and absolutely no communication that our order had been rejected! BUYER BEWARE IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY!! Used 24/7 Limo for our wedding. We had a few major issues with how it went. The driver, Kenny, got lost multiple times and we missed out on half of our time taking pictures because of him. A bridesmaid and groomsman had to help the driver with directions instead of getting to relax. We were also late to arriving at our venue. On top of this, when I called to talk it through, the supervisor David had a lot of attitude, blamed everything on us, and did not apologize. He was super disrespectful given the issues we had. Original post edited to fit my response to the owner, as there is a limit on the length of a post. Please note the owner response is inaccurate. I called them before I learned from my brother that even the driver from Denver 24/7 Limo also couldn't install the seats properly when he tried. I guess legally he should've never tried to begin with, but since he did, it proves the information in the owner's retort is inaccurate. My phone call, which as the owner confirmed was on record, will show how rude the company was from the get go, and they weren't going to be helpful. Ask for the recording and you'll hear it for yourself! To the owner: car manufacturers usually don't provide the necessary strap for securing the car seat, only the latches, it is the car seat company (which you purchased separately to "provide") that didn't have the proper straps to secure it. Don't try to put it on the type of vehicle, as that won't prove your case! Ultimately, you were in the wrong and $95 is more important to you then integrity. When it came time for my brother's ride to the airport and the car seats arrived uninstalled that was unexpected but not really the main issue as my brother knows how to install car seats, given he has 2 kids under 2. However, the necessary strap for the seat to be rear facing wasn't provided. According to my brother, all that the car seat had to secure it was the tether to connect behind the seat, which if you've installed a car seat does absolutely nothing to secure the seat and definitely wouldn't secure the car seat for rear facing. Even the company's driver tried unsuccessfully to make it work. I had left my sister's house 30 min earlier in a different vehicle, so I personally wasn't there to gather evidence to be able to adequately explain the situation. Luckily my sister's friend had a car, with car seats that could accommodate my brother's family, so we used that and made it to the airport in time for the flight. I called the company to complain and they were so rude and impolite. The man who answered the phone just kept repeating that we are on a recorded line and the type of vehicle provided and that the proper straps were there for my brother to use and it is our issue that we couldn't install them properly and therefore unable to use the vehicle. He said, "I will fight you on this" and once I realized I wasn't getting anywhere with him I hung up on him with the hopes that when I called back later I would reach the woman I spoke with the prior day to confirm. I called back about 30 min later and the woman picked up. I explained the situation to her and voiced my displeasure of how her colleague spoke to me. She listened nicely as I explained the situation but then she stated that I should've known that the car seat wouldn't be installed and that if we couldn't install it properly to meet our kids needs we have to forfeit our payment and are not entitled to the refund. I was frustrated with the situation since no one ever said we would need to install the seats ourselves and if we couldn't install them it was our problem. They said they would "provide" them and I took that to mean they would be installed or at least be simple enough to install properly. She told me that they are a transportation company, and since I'm a lawyer, I should've known that due to limits on their insurance liability they won't install the seats, ever. I don't work in the transportation industry and I have no rental car experience when car seats are needed, in this Country at least. However the company said I should've known they wouldn't be installed. So for those of you in my situation, if you read this, I'm happy to inform you of this supposedly well known fact. Maybe if the company had bothered to share that information with me, rather then assuming I would know that "provide" means just that, not "installed" I likely would've decided to reserve alternate transportation. So long story short, if you want to avoid the stress of having to deal with such an impolite company then DON'T USE Denver 24/7 Limo. However, if you are looking for frustration and impolite attitudes, then go right ahead! read more

Booking was misleading, the car was not what I was lead to believe. Although the service is not entirely to blame- I could've googled the car when I got the contract but I didn't think I needed to since I was assured it looked just like a limo (not a car or van which I specifically said I didn't want). The car that arrived was dirty, three windows were cracked and broken, and the siding was all torn up inside so it just looked worn down and shabby. We had a hard time figuring out the stereo and were not given any guidance by the driver. He gave us a his personal charge chord to try to connect directly to the stereo but it still took about 5 minutes to try to fumble through and I was then was asked if I had a charger for the driver (which he politely and promptly returned at the end of the night). When I called to comment about the state of the vehicle, I was basically told to prove it and send pictures. When we stopped for dinner I texted the driver 10 minutes before we were finished and we still had to wait for him outside the restaurant (which had a largely empty parking lot). When I was asked for feedback and requested follow up I never heard back from anyone. The majority of this experience was very unprofessional and I would not do business here again, although my daughter was none the wiser (this was for her birthday) and still had a good time for which I am thankful. read more

The CUSTOMER service this company provides is horrendous. I should have known from talking to the booking agent, Shane, that the service was going going to be less than desirable. Please note that when you book with this company they will not work with you if you have a change of plans or need to cancel because of flight changes, delays, etc. Their vehicles are not maintained, there were broken blinds and shades in the limo, the "car seats" they provide look as though they have never been cleaned (even during COVID). They offer one 15 minute restroom break for a 2.5 hour trip. If you go over the 15 minutes, you will be charged (even if you have a toddler who needs to go a few times). Please do not spend your hard earned money with this company. read more

We did for our wedding and found out 6 months after booking that they booked the wrong buses, and these buses would have gotten STUCK going up to our venue (which happened to another couple using Denver 24/7 Limo). We called to discuss and they confirmed they messed up and booked the wrong transportation for us. They then refused to give us a refund of our deposit, had horrible customer service, we called for weeks and weeks and even spoke with the manager who said he'd give me a call back and never did. We received a confirmation for a 9:30 am pickup the day before our departure. We called to confirm in the morning and a very nasty customer service person, Lisa, said we should call her if he didn't arrive by 9:40. There was no care or concern that we could miss our flight. I left 1 bad review about this company and called it a day. In response I got a nasty call from an employee and now I'm on a mission to spread the word about my bad experience. This company was hands down the worst part, and actually the only bad part of planning my wedding. Out of 11 vendor reviews this is the only one not getting five stars and glowing recommendations. Terrible communication, rude employees, specifically a woman named Tabitha who spoke to me like garbage every time I talked to her and called me angrily over my bad review (which is edited to be worse after our call). I got a call less than 2 days before my wedding to tell me our shuttle wasn't available. I was nervous, but understanding. They offered a different much smaller shuttle. Not good, but what can you do. The kicker- they wanted to charge me MORE for it. Lots of things went wrong during our planning process, that is part of life.
