This place does awesome work and the color match on both jobs was perfect! They are honest, friendly, reasonable, and experts at what they do. I have taken two vehicles to them and both times they turned out great at a price less than everywhere else. Usually, a great price and quality don't go together; however that is not the case here. I just took my car in to have the paint checked as it was rock chipping very bad. They called in a specialist to look at it and are going to fix it no questions asked! Absolutely unacceptable costumer service! I was told my Jeep would be ready in 3 weeks and it took 5! No one from the shop called to inform me of the status and instead I had to place three phone calls to inquire on the status of my Jeep and each produced a different ready date. Once I was able to inspect my Jeep there was a huge tear in the cover and the owner refused to accept responsibility. He was also rude and inconsiderate. My car was in this shop for over a month and the estimate went from around $3500 to actually being over $8000 - After a month when I finally got my car back, all of the repaired portions were painted the WRONG color (my car is white) the back bumper and lift gate were noticeably a few shades darker. I contacted them and tried to get it fixed and finally when I was able to get it looked at (over a month later,) the GM Jerime told me that in his opinion, "it was about a 90% color match..." He said he would get back to me about getting it fixed but instead I have been avoided. I have called and emailed him directly, but he has yet to respond and it has been another month. Seems like they have no intention of fixing their mistake or that they have an extremely unsatisfied customer. I have contacted State Farm to let them know about this issue and I wouldn't recommend anyone who is looking for honest service or people who care that they have done satisfactory work. I have lived in Denver for 20 years and have been to multiple auto body shops. This one has by far the best service. I was involved in an accident and had to go through another driver's insurance but they relieved the stress and took on the task of getting the insurance to cover all of the damages. Shadiest business I have ever dealt with in my life. Straight lied to for months. DO NOT go here, you will waste so much of your time and effort. I've never been so let down and frustrated. I have to start all over again on my car insurance claim 6 MONTHS LATER because they were too lazy and disorganized to even get started, even after I called them 5 times over those months to check on the status and they kept giving me the runaround. It's a pretty shitty feeling when you find out from your insurance company that they never even submitted their estimate to them, when I kept calling to ask what the status was and they said they were waiting on the rest of the parts to arrive, only to eventually find out they never even ordered them at all. Are they high or just plain stupid? Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, or don't... but trust me, you'll regret it. read more

The most unprofessional, disorganized and manipulative shop I have had the unfortunate necessity to deal with. The shop manager will not return your phone calls, makes guarantees that he will not deliver upon and will flat out lie to you. Example, we asked that he attach the hood latch to make sure that it fit and secure properly. He said there is no need, we already tested and it latches fine. After insisting several more times he tried to attach the latch but it would not fit. They had to drill the holes bigger after which he continued to assert that they had tested the hood latch. I am not an idiot, if you have to drill the holes in front of me to get the mechanism into the hood, you never tested it out. After we loaded up the vehicle one of the shop techs continued to bring us parts for our car as he found them. We have gone through everything that was returned with our vehicle and will need to locate and buy many new parts that are now missing. We also discovered that the windshield was broken while at its time at Denver Auto Body and in the 19 months it was there was never communicated to us nor was a replacement ordered. We now have a vintage car with no windshield. I could go on and on but will keep this review short of a novella. I would never return to this shop or recommend it to anyone. Please heed my advice and save yourself the heartache, frustration, and disappointment and take your vehicle somewhere else. read more

Their paint and work quality is the worst. I took my car (911) back because there was paint stretching marks and sand marks all over the car. This normally happens when a painter rushes to get the job done. I was told that my car was scratched by me and they wouldn't repair nor refund the money to have it painted somewhere else. Jeremy told me that I should get my attorney involved as he wasn't willing to take care of my car. It will cost me 5-7k to repair my car now. Don't go here. Nikki is very professional and willing to help but not the management. Btw my radio/sound system wasn't working on my car when I picked it up. incredibly professional business as well as the staff that runs it! I have been using DAB for over 10 years. They do all body repairs on my business and personal vehicles. Every time I have had to use them, I am always given the time of day when I visit. I understand that the industry is constantly in high demand, so I believe people should be realistic when it comes to getting their vehicle repaired. Good productions take time! Jerime (Denver Auto Body's Manager) & Nicole were very helpful and dedicated to ensure I was happy as a customer. I have an older Audi S4 I'm particular about and it looks better than before the accident. The paint is great, lines look nice and shop/repair time was good. Many shops told me it would be months before they could even provide an estimate. No one wants to wait to get their car fixed that long if they love it. My insurance agent/appraiser recommended I check them out and they were able to get me in quickly. Overall, very happy with the whole experience! I even recommended a neighbor to get their car fixed - they also had a good experience. DAB's property is very expansive and it covers an entire block - it's a 2 level warehouse to take care of your vehicle. Give them a call to get an estimate! read more

I went to get an estimate on my 1997 Ford Truck that I am restoring this evening. It has hail damage and needs primed and painted. I had several estimates and the highest was $4500 and they would custom paint. The guy at Denver Auto Body took one look at the truck and said $10,000 and when I gasped at the price, he said, "If you have anything to say, better be out of my earshot, and I have very good hearing," in what could have been interpreted as a threatening tone. I took my car there to get a second estimate. They were so nice and seemed to know what they were doing, very organized and efficient, I left my car there for repairs (needed a new front bumper). I highly recommend DAB, I was amazed at the service and the job they did on my car. A special thank you to Ashley, the front desk person; she was very nice and helpful, and to Michael and Sebastian, who did the majority of work on my car. Not only did they replace the bumper, but they detailed my car; my 8 year-old car looks brand new. The one guy though who blew me away was Ray. He's this older guy, been in the auto body business for years and he is a pro at what he does. He did the estimate, was honest and forthcoming, and just fun to talk to. He kept me updated on the progress, and the car was done when he said it would be. He saved me quite a bit of money from the first estimate, which was a plus. Think twice before you trust this shop with your vehicle. Our experience was not a good one. I went with my daughter and her fiancee to pick up her Volkswagen Beetle. The original quote was around $3,937. The final bill was $6,552, an additional $2,615. The beetle was supposed to be finished in 5 months. It was closer to 19 months+, over a year and a half. Communication was virtually non-existent from the shop, and organization of labor and parts was dismal at best. Threatening to call the police is not a professional way to treat a paying client. Not only was it an exorbitant amount of time, and way over the original quote, the job wasn't even finished. The beetle is now at another shop to see if they can finish the job, which will of course cost more money. My daughter is still trying to assess what parts are missing and how to fix the job they did not finish. read more

Very disappointed with the service and quality. Had my car for three weeks for a minor repair. Never communicated the status of the repair, and received a different story every time I called. And, found scratches on my car that were not there when I dropped it off. Went to finally pick it up to find out they didn't file paperwork with my insurance company. Never called back several times. Long story short, I was the victim of a hit and run. Luckily for me the area was covered by CCTV and I was able to get the person's insurance info. I made an appointment at Denver Auto Body, they told me it would be two weeks out. I figured that's pretty normal for a bodyshop in the middle of winter. They had the rental come to me after I dropped my car off. They called me a week later, and luckily I hadn't dropped my rental off, because even though they made it seem like my car was fixed, only part of the damage was fixed. They only fixed what the insurance paid for. I was pretty upset that the majority of the damage wasn't fixed. Jerime, one of the managers there was very professional and nice. While I was pissed off screaming that they didn't fix my car, he worked with me and explained that the insurance was claiming that the damage was from a separate incident. Luckily I had photographic proof. They contacted the insurance company and got a new estimate. Fast forward one more week(a total of 15 days I think) and my car looks good as new. Extremely happy with the work that they did and the professionalism. I would definitely have work done here in the future. Even though the insurance paid, their prices seem pretty competitive.
