This is my second time here, except this time the customer service was poor enough that I left. First time I came the service was ok. This time I was told there was a 45 minute wait and I asked if we could have an extra chair for the our 3rd person who had surgery and c would benefit from having her leg up. The response "we will see"!!!! At 41 minutes the guy told us it he had told us 1.5 hours! What a jerk. I would have saved 45 of my life if it was that long. He was almost condescending. Not interested in patronizing a place with employees who think they are that special over customers. Life is too short. read more

HOLY COW this place is amazing! Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, so I am super picky about it. This restaurant is located in a really quaint neighborhood with awesome houses and shops around it. But, besides those extras, the food is just incredible. It is truly, literally the best biscuit I have ever eaten. Whatever the biscuit is with chicken and honey and pickles and spicy mustard, get that sandwich! The cinnamon roll was amazing too! The service and food were delicious. I'm giving it 4 stars because I think an 1 hour 1/2 wait for a party of 5 with high chair was extreme.

The worst DBC location! Brand new building - why not build it bigger to accommodate your large crowds?! We joined the waitlist online - total of 35 minute wait - and once it was our turn the hostess RUDELY told my husband "go to the bar". Umm NO! We did not wait on the list to be seated at the uncomfortable bar. My husband confused asked for clarification, wait by the bar? No you're sitting at the bar. I have never been forced to sit at the bar as that's usually open to solo diners or people just wanting a drink. The hostesses were extremely rude & unaccommodating and told us if we wanted a table we would have to get back in line which was now an hour & half. LOL NO THANK YOU. Considering we drove 30 minutes to get here, we sucked it up. Now to the gentleman with silver hair at the bar. He made me so uncomfortable. When he asked if we were ready to order I asked for a minute and he very awkwardly & uncomfortably said "FINE ILL STOP TALKING THEN." Like what the actual f*** dude? Needless to say, as soon as our food arrived we took a few bites, asked for boxes & the check. Will NEVER return to this location again. Always delicious!! They have several vegetarian options which is so helpful!! Wait times can be long but it's always worth it :)

We LOVE this place. It is always so good and well worth the wait to go in. Big breakfast girl so I love finding a good morning place to start. The food has always been fantastic! Been here multiple times and even love to take out of towners here because it is always a favorite by the end of their trip. Service is normally good, never been any problems! They tend to be small locations that fill up quick, but still a comfortable space. I will always recommend DBC! read more

I've wanted to try this place for a while now. I ate breakfast here this morning. I ordered The Franklin (Nashville Chicken, Bacon and an over medium egg) sandwiched in the middle of two delicious biscuits. I'm not much of a biscuit person but DBC has really good biscuits! They taste fresh and not dried out. The Franklin also was covered in Sausage Gravy. Overall, I enjoyed the sandwich. I also had coffee as well. I love the coffee serving station. It's self serve. There are two large containers of regular and decaf coffee. There are a wide variety of coffee mugs to choose from. They also offer a variety of sweeteners with half & half and oat milk! The two young ladies who waited on me were very friendly and personable. I also like the location of this establishment. The interior is clean, restrooms are clean as well and friendly staff. Give this place a try, if you haven't done so already. I will return sometime. read more

The wait was crazy. The food tasted like maple syrup and I didn't order anything that had it. The drink was good.

It was very busy when we went in around noon on a Friday. They were able to quickly seat us despite the heavy volume of patrons. Our waitress was very helpful and assisted my girlfriend on some questions about the menu, particularly about the hot sauce. I had the biscuit 2 egg breakfast and my girl had a chicken and biscuit sandwich. Both meals were very good and the chicken was perfectly cooked and very tasty. read more

Delicious! The biscuits are amazing and we've tried them every way that they make them. With gravy, French toast, sandwiches, and just by them with some of their jams! They are all amazing. But even better than the biscuits was the shrimp and grits! The flavor is flawless! read more

I went to the restaurant in Lone Tree, not impressed at all. We ordered biscuits and grave along with french toast. The gravy was awful greasy and tasted only like onions, made me sick. The french toast was not fresh, like eating a hockey puck. Maybe hit them on a bad day but will not go back to find out. read more

We ordered cinnamon rolls to pick up at the window. We scheduled pickup for 7:15, and they immediately called to let us know it'd be closer to 7:25. I thought that was nice of them. The cinnamon rolls were amazing. They were warm, and seemed fresh out of the oven. And they were huge. We got three for our family of four, but could have gotten one! The absolute best burger and pickles I've ever had. Period! Finally the Centennial location has opened and is now open for dinner. I'm struggling to find the words to describe the absolute best burger I've had. I cannot pinpoint my reasoning for this, only to say the combination of smashed burger, precise amount of sauce and incredible slightly sweet with a tad of heat pickle make this ingredient combo phenomenal. I've made homemade pickles for over 20 years and I'm now longing to find this pickle recipe. The burger is seasoned to perfection, though not with any special spices?. I think it's just the right amount of salt? Whatever it is, is perfect. The bun is also ideal. Not too much bread and perfectly matched to the smashed patty size. This was just the dinner trip! We've also enjoyed the biscuits and honey butter, breakfast sandwiches and bacon. Do not pass by this place. Online ordering is so simple as is the drive thru to get it. I decided to join some friends tonight who live nearby and try the fried chicken on a biscuit. The chicken was not as flavorful as Popeye's chicken and the biscuit was on the dry side. If I happen to tag along with my friends again, I will ask whoever orders a burger on a biscuit for a taste. The challenge will be to match the quality and taste of the restaurant that previously occupied the building. Their burgers, fries and shakes are sorely missed. There are many exceptional fast food outlets along the County Line corridor. Unfortunately, I don't feel that this is one of them. The giant biscuit concept might do better in Arkansas, Mississippi or Texas. read more

Today our family decided to try this new Denver Biscuit Company location for a birthday celebration. We checked in on the app at 10:45. The app informed us we'd wait 15-25 minutes for a table, upon arrival. No problem. All 5 members of our party arrived at the DBC at 11:00. It's now 12:30 and we've not been seated. While waiting inside (it's a brisk 45 degrees outside this morning)- and standing tucked in an out-of-the-way corner near the door, the restaurant manager invited us crudely to wait outside. We mentioned that we had been outside and it became cold. To this he replied, "then wait in your car!" It's now 12:38. We have a table (success) but DBC is out of cinnamon rolls- the one delicious THING the birthday boy was most looking forward to (fail)! Thus far our DBC experience is an epic fail!! It can only improve from here. Stay tuned... DBC's Co2 broke- no Diet Coke for Mamma. They're also out of the Space Camp IPA the Birthday Boy desired. All of this unfortunate tomfoolery was almost rectified by the deliciousness of the strawberry rhubarb jam and the surprise spicy (house made) pickle we discovered in our Bloody Mary. Almost. The food is really good but the staff was super rude to me. The environment is not great. After getting checked in (and being on the waitlist for 40 mins - when I joined it said 30-45 mins) the host told me it would be about another 30 mins and to feel free to grab some coffee/drinks at the bar. We saw a single stool opened and ordered myself, husband and 2 year old drinks (I'm 39 weeks pregnant)) we paid & tipped and then was told we had to move even though there was no one waiting to sit in that single seat and we 100% would have moved when/if they needed it. We moved anyways to the chair at the front of the restaurant- mind you all having drinks now with the 2 yr old - a couple minutes later rudely told we had to wait outside. I understand the fire hazard rules but I feel like exceptions and/or accommodations could be made and at least not be super rude or suggest to a family with a toddler and VERY pregnant person to go get drinks and push them outside in February. I was so disappointed because I had been wanting DBC so bad and was excited to try out the new location. Probably won't go back or to any other location again :( read more

They were so busy when we arrived, but they were on top of everything. We were sat within 10 minutes, and received incredible service. The portions are huge and absolutely delicious. My chicken was rubbery, i could barely cut it with a knife, I thought maybe I had a bad piece, checked with my wife, exactly the same. Definitely not cooked to order and was probably pre cooked, under a heat lamp for who knows how long and served. Very disappointing. This location won't last long if this is the standard. read more

The staff is so friendly and kind - the kindest I've met in the highlands ranch area. The food is very delicious and the portion sizes are large. The food is a bit pricey, especially considering it doesn't come with a side or drink, but it is still worth it. Definitely will be returning. read more
