I went in Sunday morning and they were fully stocked. Plenty of pastries and pies to pick from, but I decided on eclair, raspberry cheesecake bar and coconut cream pie. Eclair- I have eaten lots of them so far and this one is 8/10. Both choux and cream were good but the chocolate glaze was mostly sugar. Coconut cream pie- 9/10, so silky and fresh, all ingredients except for the whipped cream were tasty. Raspberry bar- too cheesy for my taste but overall good, maybe 7/10. This place is a great choice for a neighborhood bakery, I will go again to try other things, like quiches. read more

This is a mom and pop bakery with classic cupcake flavors (vanilla, chocolate, carrot, red velvet), pies, magic bars, lemon bars, etc. I use to take my son to the music school next door and would come here for a cookie after wards. Whoooooa, their vanilla and rhaspberry cupcake is INSANELY GOOD. So thin and light. All of their pastries are so moist and icing is done perfectly - not too thick or creamy. My friend had a wedding in Littleton and had the cake made by Manna Bakery. My partner and I were so impressed by it that we got seconds and asked where it was made. We went to the bakery 1 month after the wedding and got a cupcake each. We ate them outside and then went back in and bought 2 more. We also had their cinnamon roll, which my partner proclaimed the best cinnamon roll he's ever had. He gets a cinnamon roll basically every time we go to a coffee shop or bakery. So, this is saying a lot! Again, their cinnamon roll is very light and moist and does try to overcompensate with heavy sugar and icing. The bread is so delicate and tasty! We also had a slice of coconut cream pie. Hit the spot! But for next visit I'm prioritizing anything that is bready because of how fresh, moist, and impressively light it is. They also sell deli sandwiches but don't have tables to eat inside. There are chairs outside to eat on, though. Best to order to go and enjoy at a nearby park. If you bring their treats to share at a party or gathering, you will surely be popular for bringing such quality desserts! read more

The ginger cookies are absolutely fantastic. Every pie we have tried was very good (but they have a lot and haven't tried them all). The sandwiches are tasty, however there hasn't been anywhere to sit on premises in years. Service is pleasant but can get slow when busy. There is no ambiance- it's just for pickup. What a find. We stopped by to take dessert home after we had a big lunch at the Pint Room. The three of us selected two desserts to share: a piece of cherry pie and a chocolate eclair. We received a large piece of pie. The crust was flaky and not too thick. The cherries were tart and plump and tasted great. Would definitely order again. The chocolate eclair was probably the best I have ever had. The choux was excellent and the custard was creamy with a good vanilla flavor and not too much sugar. The dark chocolate glaze was amazing. Just the right amount and rich and very chocolatey. I would definitely visit again when we are in Denver. read more

My husband loves their sausage breakfast burritos (I thought they were fine, but not exceptional) and the whole family loves the pastry offerings. We recently got burritos and pastries for breakfast on a weekday and they had a really good selection of baked items and service is fast. Prices seem very reasonable for a specialty shop. The food: There is a solid selection of sandwiches and wraps to choose from. The baked treats were pretty amazing. The eclair was scrumptious and the cranberry bar was wonderful (bursting with cranberry flavor). The syrups by the coffee and soda are a great touch. WOW! I've had Manna cupcakes thanks to a coworker sharing this gem of a spot. This weekend though, my boyfriends mother was in town and I woke up realizing we were missing some ingredients for a fresh quiche. Instead of going to the store and making one, and then spoiling mid morning with dishes. I stopped in at Manna bright and early on Mothers day and picked up a quiche. I'd never been in the store, but was oh so pleased with the quiche. We all enjoyed it. Also bought one cinnamon roll to split and a loaf of bread. It was a delightful meal. Yesterday we were given a Dutch Apple pie from a friend. It was best I have ever eaten.

They have one thing that I like. The lemon bar. The staff however is top notch. So very friendly and welcoming.

ROCKSTAR bakery that put hipster Denver joints to shame. It doesn't get any better. My wife found this place via Yelp and brought home a sampler of their many delicious treats. I was completely blown away. It's evident that everything is made with love, hitting all the right notes with my sweet tooth. Russian tea cookies are often too dry and crumbly, but these guys get it right with melt in your mouth goodness and the right balance of nuttiness. A generously-sized chocolate chip cookie was substantial without being overwhelming. Crisp on the outside, softer on the inside and lots of chocolate bits. And of course, the eclair was the star of the show. It was the size of my fist, and my first thought was that I wouldn't be able to finish it. Again, Manna finds that perfect balance of sweet without being cloying, rich without punching you in the gut. Flaky layers of pastry, delicious creamy filling, sufficient layer of chocolate up top, this thing just sings. And yes, the entire eclair was gone in about a minute. No regrets. Big in my book is consistency, so we went back a few days later. I actually tensed up as we pulled into the parking lot as I was expecting a hoard of people fighting over the last eclair. The place was actually empty! What??! I mean, it's not in a great location (though the parking is easy), and it's not Denver hipster in any way, but hot damn people, get on down here and fight me for some tasty baked goods! Anyhoo, this time we got a breakfast sandwich and a sweet treat. The sammie was simple - eggs, bacon, cheese - but freshly cooked and served on a flaky buttery croissant. I paired it was some brownie type bar, but it had nuts and chocolate chips, white chocolate maybe? I can't remember, but like everything Manna makes, it was delicious. A little rich this time, but that's what I get for ordering something crammed with goodies. Still awesome, I just had to pace myself a bit. I also want to quickly mention customer service. The gal there was very nice, explained everything to us and was very patient as I perused their bakery cases for a good 5 minutes. Didn't rush me and chatted with my wife while I mulled my options. We will be back, and I hope to see a crowd! Not really, but yeah, these guys deserve it. read more
