Cross section of spinach quiche, excellent!
    Matt S.

We always seem to go to Manna Bakery for our pies around the holidays and this year was no exception. Ordered their key lime, coconut cream, and a spinach quiche for thanksgiving and everything was excellent. We hadn't tried the spinach quiche before and it was everything you'd expect with a buttery, flakey crust and a cheesey and gooey inside. Come support a local business this holiday and grab a pie (or a cake..) for your next celebration.

    Carrot cake

We love ordering all our cakes from Manna! Their gluten free options are delicious. The decorating is always so beautiful. Every year we get our Easter carrot cake from Manna. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Chicken salad sandwich on a croissant.

Supporting local businesses is what makes our community strong. Manna Bakery has fresh home dessert and fresh food. The key lime pie, cherry pie and eclairs are delicious. I went today for lunch and got a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. So good! Service is good and accurate. So give this local bakery a try. I have included a picture of my sandwich and their entree menu which I never knew about.

Eclair, coconut cream pie and raspberry cheesecake
    Magda C.

I went in Sunday morning and they were fully stocked. Plenty of pastries and pies to pick from, but I decided on eclair, raspberry cheesecake bar and coconut cream pie. Eclair- I have eaten lots of them so far and this one is 8/10. Both choux and cream were good but the chocolate glaze was mostly sugar. Coconut cream pie- 9/10, so silky and fresh, all ingredients except for the whipped cream were tasty. Raspberry bar- too cheesy for my taste but overall good, maybe 7/10. This place is a great choice for a neighborhood bakery, I will go again to try other things, like quiches.

The carrot cake and pumpkin bread are amazing. Sorry, but those are the only things I have tried so far.

Cooking & playing server, but he didn't miss a beat! They have a large menu board & then you order right there & sit back & wait for your Latkes! Everything looked very good on the menu & I decided on the Jewban, which is a spinoff of a Cuban sandwich (See Pictures). It took around 15 minutes for my stuff to arrive, and a server would not have speeded things up. The owner was right on point, cooking and serving, and that's no easy feat when there's about 20-25 people inside & out. I'm definitely going to Latke Love again, and this time it wont be years!

I'm used to this store being open early (8 am) so this morning, when I walked in at 8:30 and I was kind of in my own head thinking about what kind of nice steaks I would like to buy for my son's birthday, I was abruptly yelled at and told to go away because the store was not open. It was so shocking and so rude. I thought the person was joking. I said you're joking right and she goes, "No, I'm not joking! We're closed! " Even though the doors were wide open, I guess they were open for employees coming in. I was ready to spend several hundred dollars, but instead I walked to my car and placed an online order from Snake River Farms. I got $25 off and two day delivery so I'm thrilled. It might be a while until I go back to Tonys. It's OK that the store was closed. I just wish the employee had used better tact.

As such, you get great cuts of meat, house-made sausages, bacon, pre-made meals, and roasts, etc. This fish selection is strong, and they have an excellent deli. That said, given they are a small independent shop, you will pay more for some staples, and you will pay more for higher quality items; you won't have the same selection of produce as a 60,000 sqft grocery chain. All of this, though, is fairly obvious when you walk in. Tony's is focused on quality over quantity.

She said I could eat outside on the patio instead. What made the situation especially frustrating was that no one mentioned while we were ordering that all orders would be to-go or that the dining area was closing. Had we been told beforehand, we would have planned accordingly. At the time, my husband was in the restroom, and I was holding our baby. I also had our drinks and my freshly made sandwich. Being told to immediately leave and wait outside while juggling a baby, food, and drinks felt incredibly inconsiderate and unwelcoming. I completely understand that businesses have closing hours, and I respect that employees want to finish their shifts on time. However, asking a customer to leave just moments after handing them their food and without any prior warning created a very uncomfortable and inhospitable experience. It felt less like a reasonable closing procedure and more like we were being rushed out the door despite having just been served. A little communication or a few minutes of grace while my husband finished in the restroom would have made all the difference. Instead, the interaction left us feeling unwelcome, and it unfortunately overshadowed the entire visit.
