At $24 for the pizza and $10 for the sandwich before the bread upgrade, I felt like the quality matched the price. Where things fell short was the pickup experience. I placed my order online at 3:26 PM with an estimated pickup time of 4:45 PM. A turnaround time of over an hour for a pizza and sandwich felt longer than expected. When I arrived around 4:50 PM, another customer was already waiting to pick up his order. He ended up waiting several minutes while staff tried to locate it. Despite several employees working behind the counter and the restaurant being only about half full, neither of us were acknowledged when we walked in. The lack of greeting or communication made the pickup process feel disorganized from the start. Eventually, the employee managing the register helped us, and to his credit, he was friendly and clearly doing his best to juggle multiple responsibilities. There was some confusion with my order at first, and I was initially presented with someone else's order and asked for payment until I showed my confirmation email.
