So much love for The Real Dill! They have the BEST pickles and by far my FAVORITE Bloody Mary mix (now available in growler size!). From their main line-up the Jalapeno Honey Dills are my all time favorite (love the sweet and spicy flavor) and the BF loves the Caraway Garlic Dills (a more traditional dill). The Real Dill features some great limited releases like Thai Chile Ginger chips, Myrcenary pickles (a collaborative mix with Odell brewing), and the Pueblo Chile chips. I love the honey jalepeno and horseradish habenero pickles, though I'm sure they are all equally well made. The horseradish ones are awesome in bloody marys and they have a killer recipe they will give you. The honey dills are not too spicy, so be not afraid. My four year old loves them even though she fans her mouth sometimes when she eats them. We were introduced to The Read Dill at the Cherry Creek Fresh Market this summer, where they also made a different and delicious iced lemonade every weekend. I love dill pickles. Everything about them. Bread and butter (bleh) Sweet (yuck) shouldn't be called pickles... A spicy, zesty dill kills them all. The guys over at the Real Dill know pickles. I mean.. they have some sort of third-eye, inner, formerly unknown knowledge. I have tried the Habanero Horseradish(favorite), Aji Sours, Caraway Dill and Jalepeno Honey. All were equally amazing and each unique- An idea I got from them is to take the Bloody Mary Mix (which I could drink by itself) and marinade skirt steak to make street tacos- 24 hours later- UNBELIEVABLE!!! Have tried the Aji sours, habanero horseradish, and the caraway dill. I think my favorite is the habanero horseradish, but its hard to choose. Now I just need to try the honey jalapeño. While on a family vaca to Aspen CO, we happened into a little market where on a whim we picked up our first jar of habanero horseradish dill pickles. We have been buying them ever since. We love the heat and crunch of the pickle. We usually have them shipped straight to us from their location in Denver. We recently just picked a jar up from a store here in Highlands Ranch. That particular jar seem to lack the crunch we loved. I wrote to the support center... they reach out the very next day and sent a new jar. They were polite and provided excellent customer service! The Real Dill is...well...the real deal when it comes to pickles. I guess they don't do it all, but they do make some killer spicy pickles. At the City Park Esplanade Farmer's market, I was fortunate enough to try their jalapeno pickles and their habanero pickles. Now keep in mind I am very picky about pickles and I am rarely interested in eating another man's pickle. I make my own the way I like them. These guys may change my thinking. The jalapeno pickle was a beautiful blend of spicy and sweet, an incredible balance that was a delight to eat. However, the habanero pickles came home with me because their fiery flavor made me want to find out what they be like behind closed doors. As a result, I have been shoving pickles down my mouth all week and now I desperately need a refill. One day the Real Dill will be known around the world as the best pickles money can buy. Who doesn't like to support local entrepreneurs who have a knack for original and zesty pickles, as well as appealing personalities and 100% knowledge of the product they are selling and the ingredients!?! I can sit down and eat a whole jar for dinner and it satisfies both my salty and sweet appetite! It is to hard to pick a favorite, but the Aji Chile Sours and Jalapeno Honey Dills are awesome! Plus, I know at the Cherry Creek Farmers Market on Saturdays, they also sell homemade, fresh squeeze lemonade...but not the kind you find little kids selling on the side of the road! I think they come up with recipes in their sleep and it always turns into a refreshing treat! The things they can do with both pickles and lemons is extraordinary! The Real Dill pickles are as appealing to the eye as they are to the mouth. Their choice of flavors are mouth-watering and the leftover pickle juice is perfect for Bloody Mary's and marinades! Let me Vlasic you a question: When is the last time that you had a pickle that satisfied your "salty" desire but also tasted like a pickled cucumber of spice-filled heaven? Never? I hadn't until I tried (and subsequently bought) their Habenero pickle. (Sidenote: credit cards are kosher with them at the Cherry Creek Farmer's Market, which is a huge plus for me as I rarely carry cash.) I stumbled upon The Real Dill while I was researching the Denver Flea event at City Park a couple of weekends ago. After checking out their website, I was SO excited to visit their booth. All of the samples they offered were so good! I'm not an avid pickle eater but after discovering The Real Dill, I've been converted! I ended up getting the Titan IPA Dill and a jar of their Bloody Mary Mix. Now that I think about it, I'm a little upset with myself that I only got two of their products!
