Outstanding service. I had a mid-morning electrical issue when I was changing an outlet to a GFCI, it sparked and shorted out the fuse. I called around town and was given the same song and dance: if I didn't go straight to voicemail, it would be two weeks before I could get service. I called 303 and was told they could send someone tomorrow but there was a slim chance that I could be serviced same day. A couple hours later, the office called and said that Jerett (spelling?) was on his way and would be there within an hour. He showed up and fixed all of my faulty outlets in less than 30 minutes. The office was extremely professional. So much so, I thought I was talking to an automated system at first. Jerett knew his stuff and explained what went wrong and how to fix the outlets in the future should I ever come across the same issue again. Needless to say, I will be using 303 for any and all electrical issues in the future and I will also be utilizing their services in the future for anything that needs done at my investment properties. First things first, if you want a company with amazing moral compass, that really does care about their customers then look no further. im not kidding Amanda and Jerret are 100% class act. they strive everyday to ensure that the lives of their employees and customers are being taken care of. Their Technicians are giants among men. Jeff, Dylan, and Erik are there to ensure your plumbing needs are met to the highest of standards. they refuse to use cheap materials and will be a workhorse for this company for years to come. Jerret, Todd, Ken, Mike, and Allen are artists when it comes to the electrical side. and no i mean actual artists. what they can do with wire and steel is phenomenal! It is rare to find a company with this many quality human beings all in one place, and i for one will miss working there. and if your question is do i recommend them? your answer is yes i would. i would trust these men in my home to get the job done and surpass my expectations in professionalism, workmanship, and loyalty. read more

I called Care Free Electric because they were one of the only companies that spoke about hot tubs. I had my tub moved across town and had to have the electrical service taken down in advance. Wes arrived right on time. He was extremely professional, polite and worked very quickly. I was very happy with the quality of work performed and the price was reasonable as well. My interactions with reception and scheduling staff were also very professional. I will definitely refer Care Free to my friends! read more

I work HVAC and called a plumber we recommend, turns out he was purchased by carefree. I bought a 1972 house about a year ago and had carefree scope the main, I watched the feed and he told me it was perfect the whole way. About 6 months later some company flushed paper towels and plugged the line. This time they sent someone out to run the line. He started to tell me the line was probably collapsed and after he pulled the auger there was perfectly dry dirt on the ground. He suggested having them scope it and maybe replace the main. The previous home owners decided to install kitchen lights (wiring included!) all on their own, and my husband and I bought the house unknowingly. By the time we called Carefree, 0 out of 8 kitchen lights were working. Luke and Todd went above and beyond to get all lights up to code, working, a new pendant installed, and a new chandelier added in our dining room. Not only do we have a safe kitchen with all functioning lights now but it (as well as the dining room) look amazing! Amazing service, I'm remodeling my kitchen and I messed up the electrical and didn't know what to do. I called Denver Electric and they said they could help and for a reasonable price. The electrician was amazing and I was explaining things very dumb but he understood and it was awesome. I told him to keep his phone by him, because I would be calling in the future. read more

Terrible company with lousy electricians. Left our house a complete mess with lights that were put in without a switch to turn them on or off and a brand new attic fan that does not work, not to mention the damage to our hardwood floors they never fixed and the 2 months plus they set us back from moving in. I will never recommend this company to anyone. This is just the tip of the iceberg of the problems we encountered and when we tried to work with them we were told our job was already a money pit. Ummmm..... I'm pretty sure they are the ones that bid the job to begin with. read more

I was very impressed with the way I was handled from the initial call, to Jarrett's estimate, to the work being done. I had a old electrical panel that need to be replaced on my new home. I was pleased with Jarrett when he came out, I only wanted him to do the work. He offered me other tips while we talked about some other future projects. He was not available with my schedule. They convinced me that Wes was also super and I would be happy. Well, they were very right! He showed u on time, finished on time even though his helper was called away, clean up the work area and even held the garage door for me when I need to leave for an appointment. Both Jarrett and Wes were very personal and very respectful. I have never been called "madam" so many times! I will be calling them for all my electrical needs! read more

Amanda and Jerrett really came through for me on a difficult job. I kept waiting for the "catch" because they seemed too good to be true. But they did not disappoint, starting with the initial visit - Jerrett was so impressive I assumed he must only be the schmoozing "sales" guy, but I was wrong. The bid was more than reasonable. Amanda was super patient with me during the contract stage. On the day of the job, Jerrett himself arrived to do the work and he finished almost exactly at the completion time he had projected at his initial visit. He was efficient, did the job without a lot of fuss, and left the setup in a beautiful state. Even the Comcast folks who came later that day for the final hook-ups commented on what a good job "my" electrician had done! Before Jarrett left I commented how grateful I was that his company had agreed to take this job when no one else would (at least anyone that seemed reputable), his response: "You seemed like you needed help."
