Red Fox is top notch. No-nonsense, organized and on-time, able to handle unforeseen obstacles with a cheerful attitude. We had our meter box replaced and had to coordinate with Xcel to avoid having our electricity off for too long. Red Fox went out of their way and rearranged their schedule to get there when we found out last minute when Xcel was coming. There was also a miscommunication from Xcel about exactly what had to be done, and the electrician cheerfully adapted, went and got new parts, and got it all done much faster than anticipated even with the unexpected change. I let the company know and they went above and beyond to not only make the necessary repairs, but they kept me in the loop on every detail.
