Colt is a lifesaver. Had a frustrating and potentially dangerous electrical issue at my mother-in-law's condo. Colt showed up to check it out, and was on time and very pleasant. The issue was not in the condo itself, but somewhere between the main breaker and the inside panel. It wasn't clear if the responsibility to fix it was mine or the condo association's so we left it until I could find that out. However, Colt was so concerned about getting the job done right that when I didn't hear back from the association right away, he took upon himself to swing back by just to make sure that it got done, and fixed what could have been a dangerous issue for a very reasonable price. Jake and Chris came and did electrical work in my residence. I can't compliment them enough. While Jake concentrated on completely replacing the old Federal Pacific electrical panel, Chris handled at least a dozen other items for me, including a complete rescue on a dryer outlet that had completely fried itself and practically melted. They answered every question I asked, no matter how embarrassed I was about asking. They were professional, courteous, patient, helpful... like I said, I can't compliment them enough.
