Excellent company! We needed to replace our original 20 year old sliding patio door. Very reasonable pricing and availability very good. Obviously, very knowledgeable and professional- we had a glitch in that the old door was a custom size and we were replacing with a standard size (slightly shorter) door. Dean assessed the situation and had an excellent solution which he was able to implement without delay. He came prepared and handled the problem professionally. The installation took less than a day. They kept the worksite clean and left it the way they found it. We are very happy with the job and will call again for any window needs we may have. Definitely would recommend!

Kat was super responsive to all of my emailed questions and the company as a whole was super reliable (showed up when they said they would, took as long as they would, etc.) They also have you pay for the windows directly so there's no markup there, just the cost of labor. Very transparent. On top of everything they are the nicest people! Highly recommend.

Unprofessional no accountability. I had the misfortune of…read moredealing with Alsco-Cardinal and Jean Gravina and one man crew. Bought home in Aurora, Co. ordered all new double pane windows. Very expensive! Due to measuring error (which they discovered after removing 2 windows) We sat with one broken and 1 boarded up window for an additional 5 weeks. Not only did they not apologize or offer any discount, they trashed the freshly painted window sills in most windows. Nicks and scrapes and dirt due to installation. When I pointed it out I was told "we don't do painting". It took me having to ask to even get a receipt. One of the windows has moisture in between the glass and when I told Jean Gravina she wanted video as proof. We then had flood in basement which I was very stressed about. I sent Jean a video of the water coming in and granted I was upset The windows leaked at caulking immediately. Video sent of flood. She did not give me a moment to explain just came back with snarky comment "windows don't work under water" Always an excuse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

After numerous emails, phone calls, we still don't have the parts, although she says that she has them in her office, and will ship them out to me. That was two months ago, and my last 3 emails have gone unanswered. I eventually got tired of her rude behavior and poor customer service and reached out to another dealer. I learned that I could order the parts directly. I also found out that there is specific sizing, and she never even asked me about the sizing...so what parts does she supposedly have in her office ready to ship to me? Very poor customer service. Jean is rude and inconsiderate, and just wasted months of my time.

He was incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in window brands from type, style and colors, and installation techniques; was professional, timely, great with communication and completed the installation in two days. He had a partner (Steve) on the job who was equally professional and knowledgeable. Both are personable, down to earth and skilled professionals. Jeff also has a great sense of humor! We highly recommend Jeff.

I tried hard to get the owner to come to my house to take a look at a blown out window but had to…read moretry many times. He finally came over and I was excited that I finally found someone who could do the work and was pleasant and price conscience. He presented me with an estimate for the window repair and I immediately agreed to the price and let him know. That's where everything stopped. I waited and waited and waited even more for a call back with an estimate but my numerous calls, texts and emails were never answered. I finally sent an email asking for his advice on window repair versus replacement and he emailed me back basically telling me what a bad idea we were thinking of, but he never gave me the courtesy of even a short email saying he was too busy to take care of the repair of our windows, especially the one that was blown out by the wind. Summit county has very few people who do the work the owner does, so I totally understand he was too busy, but why did he not respond to my repeated texts/ calls/emails so I could just move on and find someone else? When I agreed to the pricing I figured he was at least interested in doing the work and we were willing to wait. I also had a house full of other windows needed adjusting, so it wasn't like this job was too small. I eventually had to go out of county to find a reputable service but I would have contacted them much sooner had I figured out the owner did not want my business. Unfortunately I had to have his business removed from my realtor's recommended service providers because I could no longer endorse the company. I am disappointed that so many contractors and service providers don't give potential customers the courtesy of a quick text or email saying sorry, they have plenty of work and don't want extra work. Maybe some day these folks will need the work and I won't be using them. If you are looking for window repair or servicing in the Summit County area, look further west to the Vail Valley or Eagle area. Summit County has so few, and the one I thought was the best fit is unresponsive.
