They said they'd get it done. It's been two months. Didn't clean up after themselves and left screws scattered in the lawn for my one year old to find. I found the type I wanted, Anlin, but mostly read that it was the install job that mattered most! CCE provided me with a reasonable quote, and once I signed on with them they completed the work ahead of schedule with no additions to the budget. Unique Windows did a wonderful install job, doing new trim around the windows that looks gorgeous. The house has been so much warmer, and so much more well ventilated since the install about a month ago. There was a minor alignment detail on the trim that looked off - though the windows themselves were slightly misaligned in the house itself. The owner Preston agreed that the trim could be adjusted for alignment, and he and Jim came out to remove and reset the trim themselves. Looks perfect. A well done job, complete. I loved how they took ownership in fixing up that detail so we can all feel good about the new windows in my home. I'm really glad I chose CCE to work with. And I LOVE my new windows.

Preston and Sherrie have been in the window business a long time, and came recommended by other neighbors on our street. They presented same-style Pinnacle windows from Windsor. They are an excellent replacement for our original. We got an estimate from another window company, and it was TWICE the cost of CCE's estimate. This is January 2025 so weather is not good. It was a factor in the length of the installation, but it went very well, and the windows look great. The crew were professional, very personable, and conscientious about their own quality of staining, sealing, installing. I highly recommend CCE.

Now, it's been 3 years and I've attempted to call his office (the phone is no longer in service). Called his cell number (the number is no longer in service). Called the company's phone and it went to voice mail, but I did get a number to call, so I called it. I believe Ron answered can kept saying "hello, hello, hello". Apparently he either didn't hear me or didn't want to speak with me. I've left messages on his work phone to call me, I've texted him on his cell phone - crickets is all I hear. All I wanted is to have someone come out and adjust this awning since one side is much lower than the other. Sure I can watch Youtube and most likely do it myself, but why?? I thought this thing was under warranty - evidently not! The reason I gave this company a 2 star is I rarely give out 1 stars.
