My family and I recently visited Denver and booked the 2-Hour LoDo Historic Walking Tour. What a fun experience! Our guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and a wonderful storyteller. We learned so much about Denver's history, how the city has evolved over the years, and the stories behind many of its historic buildings and landmarks. The tour also helped us discover several places we wanted to return to and explore in more depth. The meeting location was easy to find, and we were each given an audio headset so we could hear our guide clearly throughout the tour--a thoughtful touch that made the experience even better. A group of us did the 2 hour LoDo tour and had a great time! Will was very knowledgeable about the area and was a great storyteller. I really enjoyed learning about the area's history and recent revitalization. I love it when cities can repurpose old buildings rather than tear them down. The tour started and ended at the train station which is an impressive building and is nicely air conditioned which helped us cool down at the end of the tour. The earbuds made it easy to hear throughout the tour even when there was traffic noise. Definitely bring plenty of water if it's hot out; there is shade which helps, but it is a walking tour so be prepared to be outside for the majority of the time. I was very happy I was wearing my sun hat. This was a fun activity and it was great to learn about the area of Denver where we were staying. read more

Yeehaw! We had a good old time being shown around Denver as it was in the old west. Our guide, Whiskey Dick, has a ridiculous amount of knowledge of all things Denver, Old West and Bourbons and whiskies. We got the drink package which included a special whiskey tasting glass and a flight to try it out on. 10/10 would do it again! He had some great recommendations for us, and we are going to try Petticoats Pistols and Pubs next! read more

Will was a fantastic tour guide!! It was my first time in Denver, so taking the Whiskey, History & Outlaws walking tour to see historical sites and hear about the figures that helped shape Denver into what it is today was seriously the best way to start our stay. Our guide was willing to move at our speed and tailored topics to our interests, and while we certainly weren't trying to stump him, there wasn't a question he could not answer. Will took pictures of us throughout the tour with our phone, provided umbrellas for us when it rained, and he provided hand sanitizer and took other safety measures given the current COVID-19 restrictions.
