He decided if she really wanted that one he would sell us the display model, only two weeks old, wrapped in plastic, even gave us a discount... That is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The store isn't fancy, but is that what you are wanting or is it a good mattress at a great price? They do deliver to a certain distance for free or a longer distance for a reasonable fee. Go to any mattress store you want, do your research, then go here for the best deal. Best advice I can give you is good here first you will not be disappointed. Tip: bring cash save even more

I have called repeatedly and left numerous messages, sent additional photos with no follow up. It is now April 2025 and Florentina still refuses to return any calls or provide any follow up on replacing the damaged sofa or offering any kind of discount. I will absolutely never buy another piece of furniture from this company and warn anyone in Albuquerque not to purchase anything from them. The staff were all so kind and helpful and they let us have as long as we needed to make a decision. I've never spent more than $600 on a mattress/box spring set before this, but I feel like I just made a solid investment in my sleeping future. Within 10 minutes of laying on the mattress my entire right side feels better than it has in years. I can only hope this carries over for us over the years. They use Synchrony for their credit and I like that company well enough. (Discount tire uses them too and I've never had an issue with them.) They delivered the same day and the delivery guys were just as nice as the store staff were. They were in and out in under 20 minutes, took the old mattress and box spring away and installed our new bed and frame, demonstrated the remote, and educated us on the pieces. They only carry top-notch furniture, including synthetic futons for those who are allergic to cotton. Futons are not something you should purchase just anywhere, because most futons out there are flimsy, watered-down versions of the real thing, which won't hold their firmness for long or are made with inferior materials. Update: My husband and I recently went to Sachi Organics to have small throw pillows for our couch made. We had these pillows made with flax seed and they come with their own slip covers made of organic, non-bleached canvas. The proprietors, though busy, made these quickly and skillfully.

I wanted a quality mattress made of natural materials, and I felt good about supporting a local business, but I regret buying it. I asked about the option of returning for half-price thinking maybe they could resell it, and also about having the mattress cut into twin mattresses, but was told this option would be "quite expensive." I was told I could resell it myself, but the 12 year warranty would be void for the purchaser. We visited the store several times before purchasing, but I had trouble finding reviews of the mattresses as opposed to the pillows. The latex mattress seemed comfortable in the store, but that is not the same as sleeping on it for several months- my back and hips cannot be persuaded that the feel-good quality of the mattress is worth it. Also, there are also no exchanges for mattress covers which may shrink with washing. I asked at purchase what would happen if we really didn't like it, and was told it could be returned, but I didn't press for any conditions- rookie error, it is a business no matter how nice people seem. I think the store should have a large sign saying "no returns." I finally decided to post a review to give a more balanced opinion for anyone wondering about comfort in addition to ethical production and organic materials because it is my most expensive mistake.

We moved out of NM to AL and took both sets with us and they both worked well in our house. When we returned to NM, we had to decide on one set only to fit in our house. We gave the 10 year old set to our son and his family while we've still enjoyed the 20 year old leather set. I'm amazed at the quality if properly care for I returned recently to start looking around for a hutch for my kitchen. We enjoyed looking around, and I mean everywhere around that large store. They have everything for your home you could think of furnishing - including art work. They have very friendly sales associates who aren't pushy at all. Hubby needed a new mattress due to some major spinal issues and upcoming spinal surgery for extruded disk in T9 & T10, which I told the sales person it was important we get it delivered asap. The one we tried out on the floor was NOT the mattress we were sent. We were sent an EXTRA FIRM mattress. The one on the floor we tried out was a medium. Apparently there is a one digit difference in the medium and extra firm SKU number. The sales man said we would get delivery of the mattress the following WED (9/6/23)... well that didn't happen. Supposedly the truck was full and we got bumped to Friday... again we were told truck was full and then told we wouldn't get delivered until 9/12... We purchased on Sunday 9/5/23 Hubby tried sleeping on it the first night and got no sleep. I talked to assistant manager about the mattress issue and he said he would talk to the manager when he got in from vacation and would call me to let me know if they could do the exchange BEFORE the 30 day sleep guarantee. No call and so I decided I need to get my husband a mattress before 30 days! This go around I wanted to shop local so went to America's Mattress store in Rio Rancho. I called and let them know what was going on and Noe said don't worry we will take care of you. So I stopped by after work and told them hubby liked the medium hybrid mattress. Nadine showed me a couple and then due to what I shared about my husband's back suggested an adjustable platform. They made me a deal I couldn't refuse and because I liked them I bought me an adjustable platform as well! I just wish I had bought my mattress from them last year! Then we needed delivery. Noe and Nadine worked with me to ensure we got delivery the next day! Remarkable! Especially because we live in the Jemez mountains and their warehouse is in Abq off of Jefferson. Delivery was on time Saturday 9/16/23 within the window they said it would be and the guys set everything up for both beds. Absolutely a GREAT experience and will be the place I choose to spend my hard earned money when I need another mattress and/or pillows - they have a great selection of prime pillows! I will also happily refer them to co-workers and friends when I hear they are in the market for a mattress!
