Edit: The store contacted me to resolve the issue which shows they care about customer satisfaction. Solid business approach, seam like good folks, still can't recommend you buy pillows or linen here with your larger purchases because they are expensive and not returnable which is totally within their right but not great from my POV. Purchased a king sized mattress, frame, and pillow here. Unfortunately the pillow I tried in store feels nothing like the one I was sent home with. It was 60$ which is insane for a pillow but I was already spending so much on everything else; I got lost in the moment. Anyways, the pillow is supposed to have structure and contour to your head. It is the most flimsy piece of crap I've ever bought. I tried to return it after not even making it through one night but because it was opened they won't let me. This was not disclosed at the time of purchase. When I asked about their return policy they told me only about the mattress satisfaction guarantee. Not pleased. I just bought a new mattress here and asked for a copy of the warranty, because of a bad back problem and not knowing what a new mattress would do for my back. I have been in pain ever since sleeping on the new mattress. Called to alert the store that I needed to take advantage of their advertised warranty and asked about an exchange because the one I bought seems to not have enough support for my back. I was told quickly that the warranty doesn't apply even though I have only had the mattress for 15 days. I was given every excuse the clerk, Kyle, could think of including that I didn't purchase a mattress protector at the time of purchase. I had asked the manager at the time of purchase if I needed one because I had the original protector that I had used on the bed I was replacing (which was purchased from Denver Mattress). She told me that I didn't need to purchase a new one since I was covered under the original protector. He then looked at my Prior purchases with Denver Mattress on his computer and found that this was my third mattress (I had originally received a mattress from Denver at no cost because the mattress I had purchased was breaking down). They had come out to inspect it and found my claim was valid. Because of this prior transaction He said that no warranty would apply. I told him this was a completely new transaction which I paid 3,340.00 for. He ended up telling me to wait until the 30 day requirement of sleeping on the mattress was satisfied and to call then. It would seem that their advertised warranty is false advertising if they wiggle out of this one. I have purchased from Denver Mattress for years and have been happy with all my purchases up to this point. However, I will no longer recommend this company. read more

Initially left a 5 star because they were kind and helpful in the store. Scheduled a delivery was my understanding, they told me the date it would be delivered. Called that morning to know a better eta and was informed they "forgot" to put the delivery in For today. When trying to get a better understanding, Greg got an attitude stating, "I dropped the ball so you're not getting it today, there's nothing more to understand". Very poor customer service when dealing with mistakes they make. If you're looking for a matress to be delivered as stated, I'd look somewhere else. If it is not delivered tomorrow as stated today, I'll be looking for a full refund and take my business elsewhere. Can't state as to the value, I haven't received my product. read more

Jacobi was a great help from the start of us entering the store. Even at points when the store was busy, he was very communicative. He pointed us in the right direction of the mattress we needed and never tried to upsell us at all. The store itself had many different options and great deals. We went to multiple different stores and he was the friendliest and most helpful and so was the rest of his staff. 10/10 recommend this mattress store over any other one in town! read more

Bought 3 beds and they are just perfect. Had an issue with my tempuerpedic and went back for assistance. I was given a number to get help and BAMB! Over the phone assistance corrected the problem. I recommend this business because the two employees are nice and helpful even after a 6 months passed by and I returned for help and was greeted and aided with my need. We came to shop for a mattress. 9 years ago we bought one from this store and was very pleased. So this was the first stop on this journey again. They were great greeting us as we walked in. But after that we received no help. We had to search for people. We would find them playing games on their phone and really checked out. The lady that greeted us was very nice just not too knowledgable. We asked for soft and she pointed to a direction. At least when we found her she was alert and not lost on a phone. For her they get the extra star. It'd be hard to come back or send others here for their mattress. read more

I bought a queen plush mattress in late June 2015. After sleeping on it for two months, I decided it was too soft. Denver Mattress has a 365-day return policy with a 100% refund or trade within the first four months. I went back to the store in early September and said I was unhappy with the mattress. Gregory Chiles who had assisted me in June also assisted me in September. He was very helpful and pointed out a firmer mattress of the same quality. After trying the mattress out for a while, I decided it suited me better. Greg took care of all the paperwork and in 7-10 business days I will have a mattress that works better for me. I highly recommend this store. They will take care of you! read more

This is a place you want to stay away from. First , I bought a King Set in 2015. They told me since I was out of town it might take a few extra days for delivery.At the time I was living about 40 minutes outside Amarillo. The salesman said if i paid the delivery guy an extra $50 he could "find" space on the truck the same day. The mattress itself was one of the cheaper variety and after a few months it started to develop and issue so I returned it. This place is like a bad used car dealership that prays on people. Do yourself a favor and stay away. read more

I saw the negative review of Denver Mattress, but I still went to their store to see for myself what was available. After visiting Denver Mattress my wife and I checked out most all other mattress stores in the city. After shopping for some days, we found that Denver Mattress on I40 had the best prices, best products, and the best sales help (Darla). We purchased our new mattresses from Denver Mattress and we are very pleased. read more
