I purchased a mattress and adjustable frame from Bob Mills in March 2019 for approximately $7,500. This was a major purchase for our family, and we spent that much because I already had lower-back issues and wanted a high-quality mattress with reliable long-term support. The 15-year warranty was a significant part of the sales pitch and our decision to buy. After about five years, the mattress developed a noticeable depression. My side measures approximately 1.25 inches, and my wife's side is approximately half an inch. This is not just cosmetic. I can plainly feel the depression while sleeping, it affects the support of the mattress, and it aggravates my lower back throughout the night. Bob Mills submitted the claim to the manufacturer, and it was denied because the impression did not meet the manufacturer's 1.5-inch threshold. In other words, the mattress can have a deep, uncomfortable body impression that materially affects its support, but they expect the customer to continue sleeping on it until it gets even worse. I was never told at the time of purchase that a mattress could become noticeably unsupportive and still not qualify for warranty assistance unless the depression reached 1.5 inches. Had that been clearly explained, it absolutely would have affected our decision to spend this much money. I then opened a second ticket and requested escalation, a copy of the warranty, the manufacturer's findings, the measurement procedure, and information about an in-person inspection or another reasonable accommodation. That request was ignored. For a family that does not have unlimited money, $7,500 was a serious investment. We bought a premium product because we expected premium quality and meaningful protection. Based on my experience, the 15-year warranty has provided very little practical value. The mattress is already causing a real problem, but because it is approximately one-quarter inch below the threshold, Bob Mills and the manufacturer have offered no meaningful help. I am sharing this so future customers understand what the warranty may actually mean in practice. Before purchasing, ask for the full written warranty, ask specifically about the 1.5-inch requirement, and understand that a mattress may become uncomfortable and unsupportive long before it qualifies for replacement. read more

Went to buy a new living room set this weekend, informed them that we would need the old set taken away. They added that charge to the total bill, and everything was fine. Received a call two days later that they screwed up the amount that should have been charged to haul away the old set. They informed us that they would be adding two hundred more dollars to our bill, because one of their employees screwed up. Any other time something like this has occurred with another business, they write it off as their screw up, their loss. But not Bob Mills, so I informed them to cancel the order and we would never shop at Bob Mills, nor recommend it to anyone. Excellent delivery communication! Great value for the living room furniture we chose. I believe if factory plastic covering remained in place until delivery to customer would greatly reduce accidental smudges from any source. I purchased some furniture including a sofa over a year ago, and today is 9/26/2023. I also purchased the extended warranty they really push, usually, I don't purchase the extended warranty. In early May 2023, the manual lever that raises the leg rest broke so I called the warranty company which gave me a claim number. About two months later a couple contracted by Bob Mills came and viewed the problem. They said the part that was broken would be shipped to my address and then someone would come and repair the damage. To shorten this review, after five calls to the warranty company with five lies told to me I called a manager. Finally today, 9/26/2023 the repairs were fixed. Beware the service protection plan, Furniture Care Protection. It is basically useless. In order to submit a claim, you are provided a website link where you can upload a couple pictures of the issue and some brief descriptive text. My expensive recliner has a reclining armature that has failed and is now trying to tear a gash into the leather. The pictures I tried to take were useless because they didn't really detail the problem. I received a call from Gabby 6 days after submitting my claim. I was told the issue was due to normal wear and tear, and they would not be able to cover it. NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR? This is a blanket defense that should scream to everyone "don't bother with the protection plan!" Gabby was quite rude, responded to my questions with, "We'll send a tech out to look at the chair. Have a good day" and hung up. Charles the technician shows up 2 weeks later, does his best to "Pop it back in" before saying, "I shoved a piece of cloth in there so maybe it won't come through the leather." It is actually worse now. I just got off the phone with Monica, who let me know, again, unfortunately, it's normal wear and tear, therefore, they cannot do anything. I promptly called the Bob Mills store where I paid for everything, including the protection plan, ahead of getting what amounts to a $4k recliner and loveseat to let them know about the service provider they are using for the service protection. She was nice, but this is clearly nothing new to Bob Mills. They actually have someone who serves as a "Liaison" between the store(s) and Furniture Care Protection. My wife and I enjoyed the purchase, but paid handsomely to assure the service didn't end when they delivered the furniture. Apparently, it did. read more

The worst place I have ever bought furniture. If I could give zero stars I would. I bought my furniture there a year ago and it is already falling apart. I have called them on this specific furniture about 4-5 times. The icing on the cake happened this week. In the middle of the night our bed broke resulting in our mattress falling through our bed. When I called they told me they could not do anything about it and I would have to pay for my bed to be fixed. I bought a whole living room set on September 18, 2021. The one year warranty was a big selling point for me. The reclining mechanism on the loveseat broke after 9 months. I called my sales rep (I still had his card) on July 31, 2022 to make a warranty claim. He said he'd get it taken care of. I called again on August 7 and August 20. Each time he acted surprised that I hadn't heard anything yet. Finally someone called from the Oklahoma headquarters on October 8. They said my warranty claim was submitted on September 30 and that the warranty expired on September 18. They said because my warranty was expired they would have to charge full price for repairs. I explained that I had made the claim on July 31. September 18, 2021 to July 31, 2022 is less than one year. They said they'd look into it. I contacted my sales rep again and he said his store manager, Brandon Sellers, would take care of it. Each time I called the store to ask for Brandon I was told he wasn't available. I have finally given up and a negative review is my last recourse. Do not buy furniture from Bob Mills. read more

We have been searching for sofas for months. But due to the supply chain we were hesitant to "order" furniture and it take months to receive. We placed our order on December 17, 2021 and were told to call on January 14, 2022 to get an estimated time of arrival. Let's start with his Television Advertisement, that indicates "NO SHOPPER STALKERS", I'm not sure what you call it, but from the time you walk thru the doors you have someone greet you then they follow you all the way through the store. Now you make a purchase of two twin beds and you purchase the base that raise and the product comes with a 25 year warranty, which your told if anything happens to the beds that all you need to do is call them and they will help you with the claim. Now we're not even 5 years into the warranty and we need to file a claim, because the mattress has broken down for basic wear that you can't sleep because it aggravates your cervical, back and Acid reflux. So you call Bob Mill's Furniture Store to file as instructed, (you only invested over $3,000.00 for these beds) only to be told that Bob Mill's no longer carries this product and you will have to file this claim yourself. The Clerk was nice enough to provide the phone number where you file the claim. Well the only thing I can tell you is your better off finding another company that will stand behind a purchase even if they no longer carry the product. I wasted over $3,000.00 since Sealy Mattress Company won't stand behind their Warranty. Sealy tells you what they want, you provide it and then another person from Sealy tells you that's not good enough. So my best recommendation is if Bob Mill's is still selling Sealy Mattress' find a different brand (not Tempur Sealy same company) or a different company, SINCE HE DOES HAS SHOPPER STALKERS!! read more

Had a wonderful time last weekend here. My girlfriend and I were shopping for a mattress all weekend and this was one of our stops. We tried out their new mattress body type scanner and was very impressed of how well it aligned our spins. I suffer from lower back issues so having a great mattress is very important. We took pictures and went to other mattress stores and tried out Serra's and Tempur-pedic. We loved the tempur-pedic with the cooling mattress however the spine wasn't as straight. We went back to Bob Mills and they matched the Tempur-pedic price and was were sold! I also enjoyed the massage chairs they have as I waited. Great service, friendly staff. Stopped by this store for the first time looking for a few pieces for my office and home. The furniture itself looked very nice, but I never got a chance to sit on any of the sofas I liked and test them thanks to the vulture of a salesman. He followed me around the store even though I told him I was just browsing and continually asked if I had questions about anything. If you've ever shopped for furniture, you know that's one of the most annoying things a salesperson can do. After about five minutes of his hounding I'd had all I could take and left the store. My husband and I bought the $6500 luxury bed that same bed Bob himself supposedly sleeps on, and other furniture that amounted to nearly $13,000.00. The items came seperatley which we were not told from the beginning that would happen-very annoying to rearrange my schedule three times for my stuff. Let me back up to the mattress. We were told and it was advertized everywhere that you have "ninety nights of nighty nights" or they will replace or refund. Well well that is so not true! After less than a month we were not happy at all with the purchase. We called it in and were told to take photos of the mattress to prove no stains, submit the photos and then they in return will pick up the matress and bring a replacement. We did not want the same matress we wanted to choose another. Well that was not an option. The way I see it , if a customer speands that much money in one purchuse the company would honor their advertisements. But NOT BOB MILLS. I have called on my free cleaning of my furniture and I have gotten the run around. The only "deals" you get at Bob Mills are shady ones. Just tell the customer what they want to hear for the sale then move on is the Bob Mills way. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! No "shopper stalkers" that is one hilarious lie! read more

Don't shop here they won't stand behind there product. My mom wanted an actual leather set of sofa set and they sold her bonded leather and basically hid that from her. She had 5 year insurance on the product they refused to fit the product they sold her because it was bonded leather that she didn't even want in the first place!! read more

My husband and I went in this past weekend looking at bedroom furniture for our new home that won't be ready till September. We told that to the older lady who met us the minute we stepped in the door that we are just looking wouldn't be buying today, she was like a vulture every time I turned around she was talking to me asking questions. I just wanted to look. She made me so uncomfortable she was the pushiest woman I have met trying to get us to put down a deposit on a mattress we didn't want or even need.
