My husband and I decided it was finally time to buy a new mattress yesterday and stopped into a few other stores in the county to get an idea of what we wanted. After being un-acknowledged by the staff at the first 3 stores, we walked into Denver Mattress and were warmly greeted by The manager, Mr. Roberto Lopez. We told him we were shopping around and new to the experience of buying a mattress and he listened intently to everything we had to say and what we were looking for in a mattress (which we honestly didn't know much!) He explained the layout of the showroom which I will add, was not overwhelming with an abundance of choices. They had the name brand mattresses like Tempur-pedic on one side of the room, and the mattresses they make on the other side. Roberto started us off by asking us how we slept and then showed us 3 models that he thought would fit our needs, and then recommended 1 out of those 3 to start with. Long story short we quickly fell in love with the Doctors Choice Elite Plush, king size mattress. I'm actually surprised at how easy the process was, and most importantly stress free. I've never made a large purchase like this before without sleeping on it first (pun intended) but everything about this experience felt right, so we bought it right away. Roberto also took the time to help us pick a good mattress protector and explained to us all of the warranties and guarantees with our new purchase, which I will also say was an extremely reasonable price. We live in fairplay (about 35-40 miles away and over Hoosier pass) and this store does deliver which is fantastic! All around hands down a wonderful experience. My boyfriend and I went in with only the slightest idea of what we needed; an affordable king size mattress that wouldn't make our backs hurt. Upon entrance, Lisa immediately delivered a friendly greeting and made us feel welcome. Throughout our visit, she was extremely helpful and informative; it always adds to any experience to have friendly staff that know their stuff. She introduced us to the science behind the mattresses in a way that made sense and this ultimately helped in picking the perfect mattress for us because of this. She was able to deliver a phenomenal deal (Black Friday sale was still in effect). Overall, this is possibly the best customer service I've ever received in any business in my life. In the end of the day, I was satisfied with the products in this store, the services we received, and the price we paid (Just over $700 for a quality king mattress, box spring, 2 amazing pillows, a mattress protector and protector for the 2 pillows, and a fleece blanket). I'm so thankful for Lisa's help. I would recommend shopping here to anyone needing a mattress. I would also like to add that even if you don't need a mattress but enjoy fleece/sherpa blankets, the one we got here is the nicest and warmest fleece blanket I've ever had. We accidentally stumbled across the brand new Denver Mattress in Frisco last Saturday night while looking to get some fro-yo in the same shopping area. Coincidentally, my boyfriend and I had been looking for a new mattress that evening and had just left one of their competitors after getting frustrated with their salesperson and hard selling techniques. Little did we know that Denver Mattress had only opened a day prior to our visit. The employees there were knowledgable, welcoming and not pushy at all. After trying a few mattresses, we chose one that cost over 35% less than the bed we were looking at in the competitors store - and the two beds felt the same! Our shopping experience at Denver Mattress was a night and day contrast to the experience we had a few hours earlier. I had a great experience shopping for a mattress with Lisa and Jesse! I let them know right away that I was shopping on a budget, and Lisa did not pressure me at all to purchase a mattress beyond my budget. She showed me a handful of options in my price range, and let me try the different mattress until I figured out which I liked best. Lisa was very patient and put no pressure on me whatsoever. She was very understanding of my budget and helped me find a good deal. Both Lisa and Jesse were awesome. We recently stopped at DenverMattress in Frisco and had a wonderful experience. When we first came in we were greeted with a friendly hello, even tho Jesse was with other customers he made sure to let us know we were noticed. We looked around and decided to check out another store down the road. Well, we ended up back at Denver Mattress and found the perfect bed for us. Jesse was very helpful and it was great he had our bed in stock. It is difficult sometimes to find things in stock and having to wait on delivery can be a challenge with our busy schedule. I had an amazing experience at Denver Mattress in Frisco. Lisa Ramos took great care of my husband and I. We bought a mattress a couple month's ago which we love. I noticed a small puncture in the mattress a couple of month's later. Lisa has taken care of everything and is having the mattress replaced. I also told her that I did not like the protective cover and she took back the old one and I upgraded to a better quality which I am very happy with. I will only buy mattresses from this company as they stand by their products and Lisa was fantastic! Thanks so much!! read more

Great customer service and selection here and not pushy to get a sale... spent about 2 hours the first visit trying multiple mattresses and settled on one I liked... then took a visit to a competitor who only had one type of top on the mattresses... Returned here to Denver Mattress and bought the mattress I liked... I'll be back here the next time I need a mattress and will be recommending then to my friends and family :-D read more
