Josh who provided the initial estimate made good recommendation regarding paint sheen for the different surface types, and asked several questions about things I had not even thought of such as front and back colors for doors.. While we were only using three colors, due to the different sheens for concrete walls, wallboard, and door trim, we ended up with 7 different paints. Scheduling was easy and they helped accommodate our availability. When the painters came in to do the work they were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand which paints were to be used where. They did an excellent job; multiple coats of paint for rooms that went from dark gray to a neutral taupe and caulked the floorboards where necessary and filled in scrapes and picture holes where we needed it. I would highly recommend Singletrack team. Professional, articulate, and very knowledgeable on what was needed for the job. and the total price was very competitive with the other 5 bids I got.

The job took a couple days longer than expected but such is life when you're working with a lot of sq ft and simultaneously just had the floors refinished. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.

He noted that my water shutoff likely needed to be replaced. Once he explained why, I had him replace the valve. Throughout the process, Eldar did a great job of answering my questions. I never felt like there was any attempt to upsell or get me to buy extra services/products. Eldar was very polite, friendly and was a great representative of Speed Plumbing. Customer service is the most important thing I look for when hiring any company. It helps when their pricing is the best. We needed to replace our cracked and sinking driveway behind our townhome. We chose to work with…read moreDenver Concrete, and we are not disappointed. We had to get approval from the HOA to have this done. DC provided all the documentation we needed, including pictures, and a link for the HOA to ask questions. We asked for a Fri/Sat for the project and they accommodated us. However, the work was pretty much completed on Friday. However, the next day it snowed and the temp dropped below freezing. The DC crew came out and placed warming blankets on top of the driveway. Then they picked them up and placed stakes and caution tape around the driveway to keep people and cars off of it. I was worried about the freezing and snow we had gotten, but Lee assured us that if the driveway should be compromised in any way, he would take care of it. The blankets they put on it left marks, but after a couple of weeks, the crew came out to "finish" the driveway, smoothing out those marks. We were able to walk on the driveway after a week or so, I believe. And now we are parking on it. It did take all of 4 weeks to get to that point, but the driveway looks great, we are no longer worried that someone will trip over the crack, and I'm sure this will help the value of our home. Lee and his crew are great to work with and alleviated all our concerns. As to the cost, we have no idea what cement work costs so we are not able to give an opinion on that matter. We wanted someone who knows what they're doing and are easy to work with, and we found them.
