We were under contract for a home that an inspector had found evidence of both past and current rodent infestation. Enviropest in Loveland was hired to take a look at the property and allegedly to clean up all the messes, seal all entry points and exterminate. All they did was look around the house, declared it free of current infestation and stated there were NO entry points. The day after we moved in, a mouse ran down one of the hallways past us. I have found a mouse drinking out of our dogs' water dish three times since we moved in - ridiculously obvious entry point and fresh mouse poop in master bathroom. When we had painters working on the house, there were clearly at least two alive mice trapped under the protective plastic they laid in the laundry room. The laundry room had a putrid smell from the first time we looked at it (but figured it was nothing a little bleach could remedy, so we did not complain) and it has only gotten worse since we moved in. We caught two mice in traps three days ago in the laundry room. We removed all the cabinetry from the laundry room last night...the floor was COVERED in old and NEW mouse poop and urine. COVERED. Two fresh dead mice were also found under the cabinetry. Definitely NOT a prior infestation; they had clearly died sometime in the past week. We easily found two entry points in the drywall in the laundry room. More very obvious entry points on lower floor. They made the easiest $89 ever, probably spending 10 minutes in the house, never actually inspecting anything with any care or regard for ethics. Mouse poop all over the house. AVOID AT ALL COST---EVEN FREE!!!!!!!!!

Steer clear of Saela Pest Control. This company has been an…read moreabsolute nightmare to deal with. What should have been a basic garage door seal replacement turned into weeks of incompetence, endless rescheduling, and multiple failed attempts by technicians who clearly had no idea what they were doing. They even left our garage completely unsealed for two weeks -- a huge pest entry point caused by the pest company. Their solution was to hire a garage door company to install the seals. They gave me two options. One, they could hire the company and handle it, or two, I could hire the company and send them the invoice. I chose option one so I wouldn't have to worry about the reimbursement process since they were already challenging to work with, but then they changed their mind and I was told to hire the company myself and send the invoice. A real garage door professional later confirmed what Saela should have known from the start: with the type of doors we have, their "repair" was impossible. They were stuffing rubber into tracks that would repeatedly fall out because these doors require the entire metal piece to be replaced to replace the rubber seals. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to reimburse the actual repair cost and tried to trap us into staying with them by offering only a credit on our account. Not only that, but they're wanting to credit us only partly because last time the technician was here (which was weeks ago) the seal on the small garage door was "functional". How can something be functional if it's done completely wrong and falling out every time the door is opened? Completely unacceptable and borderline scammy behavior. Saela wasted our time, our money, and our trust. Save yourself the headache and choose literally any other company. This company has me wishing for the option to give 0 stars.
